Wonderful stay in Phoenix!! Mitzi was so helpful and communicative the whole time. She anticipated everything we would need and went up and beyond to help us have a great stay. Great, central location - we wanted something near GCU but also decently close to Scottsdale. The unit appears to have been recently updated and was very comfortable. Great pool area we enjoyed playing and relaxing at. Lots of thoughtful things in the unit for use during our stay (pool towels, drink cups, sunscreen, etc). We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Phoenix!

5 Star Stay!

Great communication with the hosts. Well-furnished condo with many amenities. Clean, nicely stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Girls Wknd

Mitzi was an absolute GEM as our host. Her communication was superb and her condo was wonderful. The location was great, the condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was great and made for fun pool days. I would 100% recommend this property- don’t hesitate on this one!!

Fabulous!

The property was incredible! Beautifully decorated and spacious condo with absolutely everything needed for a 10 day vacation. Luxurious linens and towels, every possible kitchen gadget, cozy living area and bedrooms with space between. Super gated community with 3 pools and hot tubs. 5 star all the way!

Wonderful getaway

Great location. Loved the decor. Appreciated the personal welcoming card. The fridge was stocked with Chardonnay, colas, beer and water which was very much appreciated. When we had a problem with tv, they were going to come right over, but we figured it out. They are great hosts.

Great central PHX location

This property was a great 3bed/2ba location. We were able to go from our location to downtown no problems whatsoever. About a 20-25 minute trip to downtown. The property was newly renovated and clean. Overall this was a great find for this trip.

Wonderful 5 Star VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO that is super clean, great decor, comfortable beds and couches with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook, make coffee or bring takeout home to a big family table! The hosts were delightful and attentive if we had any questions, especially Mitzi. The pool is heated and close by with hot tub. Nice patio area to sit outside and it’s a first floor large condo! Loved it-5 star ratings in all categories!

Immaculate property

Our first impression was how spotlessly clean the condo was! It was the perfect spot for me to spend a week with my kids that live local and the other others that met me there. We enjoyed having a homebase while we hiked nearby and in Sedona (a day trip). There are three pools in the complex, two of which have hot tubs which was wonderful after those long days of hiking. We really appreciated all of the towels and amenities… Would definitely stay here again

Great place

This 3 bedroom condo (many we have rented are only 2 in this complex) is very roomy and many areas updated. Check in was a beeeze and only super minor cable issue was resolved immediately as owners live in the area. Keyless entry worked great so don’t have to share a key.

North Mountain 5⭐️ Condo

This condo rises to the top of our favorite VRBO rentals. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a totally rehabbed property, centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The tastefully neutral decor is accented with spots of turquoise. Everything is new, from pots & pans, utensils, dishes, appliances, towels, washer & dryer, & more! We only used one patio, by choice. But, the MBR also has a patio. Wonderful view of North Mountain. Essential cooking supplies are well stocked. The 3 pools are lovely & the condo supplies ample pool towels, along with a rolling cooler & picnic plates & glasses. Each pool has a couple of grills, which we used multiple times. It’s a gated, quiet community, so no worries about safety. It’s about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor. The Cactus League parks, Scottsdale, Mesa & Tempe are an easy drive. The furthest drive we had was to McDowell Mountain Regional Park, about 40 minutes of a scenic trip & worth the drive. We had family visit us for a weekend. The condo comfortably accommodated 4 adults & 2 teenagers. We felt at home on the first day. The owners are delightful & very accessible. We texted, spoke on the phone, & they came over three times to visit. I mentioned that I would like to have a butchers knife. The next day, Amazon delivered an entire set. I would not hesitate to return. We spent the entire month of March & we didn’t want to leave. We hiked 70 miles, no exaggeration, conquering every surrounding mountain trail. We saw the Cubs v Sox at both Sloan & Camelback. It was perfect!
