Pro’s; loved the location, close to many restaurants and shops. It was a ground level condo which is what I was looking for. It was very quiet . I went to the pool every morning, and almost always had it all to myself. The place was stocked with all the necessities. Lots of tv channels. High quality bed linens. Attached garage you can park in (but we had a truck which did not fit). Plenty of additional parking. Communication with host was great. Con’s; Master bed was way too soft for my liking. After looking at it closer it was a very old worn out mattress with a several inch foam topper added. I definitely think this needs to be replaced and updated. The condo could really use a good deep clean. Welcome book with instructions needs updated. Drawers and cupboards need organized. Obviously, these are not deal breakers, overall it was a good place to stay!

We had a great stay at this condo! The community was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was never crowded, which made it easy to enjoy without the noise or hassle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept well. The unit also provided pool towels, which was a nice touch and made packing easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for snowbirds

As a retired couple we will enjoyed staying here. We stayed for about 4 weeks in March. The garage a real bonus not only for unloading/ loading the car, but security as well.Beautiful well stocked kitchen, spacious living areas, and very comfortable beds. The side patio, while tiny was perfect for catching some early morning Arizona sun, and the front courtyard the afternoon sun. We did not use the pool area while we were here, but is a short walking distance from the condo.We were here mostly for Spring Training baseball (Milwaukee Brewers about 25 minutes away, also easy travel distance to Tempe, Mesa and Scottsdale (Talking Stick)Brooke and Tim are excellent to work with from the minute you book your reservation, until the time you depart. The communication/response time to any and all questions/concerns we had were answered right away.Note: We have a Jeep Cherokee and had no problems with the garage. The space is a little tight, if you have a larger vehicle that something to think about.

Nice condo

Condo was nice but we would have preferred a little more outdoor space. A little dark and could probably use a refresh. Would suggest replacing all the bath towels with all matching so you don’t feel you’re using the owners leftover mismatched towels. Very communicative and responded quickly to any issues. Good location and close to shopping and restaurants.

Everything you need in a great location

This is a clean ground floor unit in a quiet complex with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and quality linens, and even a washer and dryer. The pool isn’t heated but the hot tub outdoors was enjoyable. Property owner communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Just right!

The place was just right. Comfortable, quiet, with a central location and everything that I needed. Hosts were easy to reach, responsive (I ended up arriving early and they quickly let me check in early) and easy. Overall, just right!

Really Nice VRBO Excellent Location

Comfortable beds and a wonderful kitchen with everything you can possibly need. Very clean and feeling of privacy, easy parking and loves the location, shopping, dining and more. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Very nice

Everything was fine. We didn’t like that the unit only had a Kuerig machine so we purchased a traditional drip coffee maker and left it there. Hopefully it stays for future guests. Location was good and we liked that it had a private garage that went directly into the unit.

Quiet, convenient location

This condo is in a quiet complex and conveniently located near Trader Joes and Whole Foods and some great restaurants like Pizza Bianco and Macintosh. The kitchen is well-appointed and beds were super comfy. I would recommend its great central Phoenix location, and it is minutes from the airport. Loved my two month stay!

Perfect Choice for Us

We stayed three months in this condo and were quite happy there. It's well laid out, it feels spacious, the furniture is comfortable, and the finishes are nice. Well stocked kitchen with three types of coffee makers, a slow cooker, a Foreman grill, a new Weber charcoal grill, etc. Unit is set back from the road and does not face the road, so it's fairly quiet. Residential neighborhoods on either side of the complex for dog and people walking. Tons of retail and eateries nearby. Brooke's response time to inquiries/requests was amazing. We felt lucky to have made such a good choice.

Stay for a work class

The process was seamless! Brooke was helpful. Let us d a late check out to accommodate our schedule! Very close to all shopping, dining and the gym. My only issues was the place was a bit older than the photos. A full deep clean is need. Other than that Brooke was amazing to rent from.

Cozy space

Quiet little space, 2 patios for different times of day outdoor experience. Back patio is tiny but Nice for coffee or glass of wine. Garage was a nice feature and laundry facilities a plus. With blinds shutting out sun and heat during the day, the lower level condo was a little dark. No ceiling fan in master bedroom. The upgraded features throughout were nice touches. Pool area was clean and had tables for visiting friends, nice strolling walking paths with sitting areas. Walking distance to coffee and 7-11, short drive to many shops, grocery and restaurants.

Great condo stocked with everything you need!

Newly remodeled, clean, and stocked with everything you need. The location was easy to get in and out of. The condo complex was pretty quiet. Parking was easy, pool was nearby, beds were comfy. Check-in / entry instructions were very clear.

Walk to stores, restaurants

Unfortunately, a cleanliness issue with the floors took away from a good rental experience. The owner handled our concern in a very professional way and did her best to make it right, but could not get results from her cleaning crew. If somewhat active, the guests can walk to grocery stores, restaurants and more. This proved very useful for us. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We wanted for nothing. The front porch / entry proved very convenient for time we spent at the property. The back patio is too small for anything more than 2 guests. The garage was used every night and is something we value. Nice TV in the living area. Good size. Too bad the TV's in the bedrooms could not be fully controlled with the provided remote controls. Could not change channels. That renders a TV in bedroom somewhat useless. All appliances worked well, but the dishwasher needs new racks. Space was OK for four people, but some might consider it a bit tight. Overall, we would rent again if back in the Phoenix area.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner even found us a small Christmas tree for our family celebration. I was also able to cook a full blown turkey dinner with all the trimmings in the kitchen. The owner was also very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. I would stay here again.

Quiet, clean condo with a nice pool

Nice size condo, that was very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Gas grills available for use throughout the complex and also by the pool. Garage was hard to park in due to the size of our vehicle (minivan); however parking is convenient and you really don't miss the garage. Nice washer and dryer in garage that made it very convenient for doing laundry. Nice dining area. Would stay here again.
