This place was perfect for us! I appreciate it how well stocked the kitchen was and how comfortable the beds were. Seriously, I'm a picky mattress person and that king bed was wonderful. I had a little trouble with the electronic keypad but even though we arrived late at night I was able to get help to enter the front door. The courtyard is cute and very private which I appreciated having a little kid. The instructions were very clear, everything worked well, and we had a really nice stay. It's close to a ton of shops, restaurants, and stores if you need to buy groceries. This was a great spot for our group.

4/5 ONLY because of areaOur overall stay was great! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host responded almost immediately anytime we had a question and/or request. 4 stars due to the location. The house in the back adjacent from the property seemed to have a lot of unwanted traffic and it soon bled to the front of the property, making it difficult to exit with two babies and much paraphernalia around. Although this is under no control of the host, we greatly appreciate everything offered but we will definitely make sure to scope out the area a little more next time.

Great property, clean and inviting with all of the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay! The area immediately outside is less than desirable but the complex is behind a locked gate with another locked gate for the property and we felt perfectly safe inside.

Nicely decorated and clean apartment. Plenty of room and located conveniently to shopping and ASU. Parking was available either on the street or in the parking lot. The only thing was the television in the main bedroom was locked on the last day. Would not accept the code to unlock. However, I enjoyed watching the large TV in the living room. I would certainly love to book another stay.

Clean, nice house. Off street parking. Very upsetting with folks using drugs in the parking area just opposite of where I parked. Didn’t feel very safe as I was alone for 2 of 3 nights .But the house was clean and comfortable enough inside.

Clean Property Horrible Neighborhood

We rented this property for our son’s college graduation. While the property itself was clean and updated, the surrounding area felt very unsafe. The duplex sharing the same parking lot had multiple inoperable vehicles, someone living in a car, and several individuals sleeping and using drugs on the porch. By the time we left, four people were living on the porch, and we witnessed frequent drug activity. Out of concern for our safety and fear of retaliation, we chose not to involve the police. Although we tried to stay positive, we canceled dinner reservations and left a day early after feeling increasingly unsafe, especially when individuals began closely watching our movements. We notified VRBO as we left, but they seemed more concerned about a potential refund (which we weren’t seeking) than the situation itself. They also seemed unconcerned, because it wasn’t on their actual property—even though the small shared parking lot puts you within 50 feet of the activity every time you come and go.

Great residence, not so great neighborhood

I was only concerned about safety entering and leaving the property, and did not feel safe going for a walk in the neighborhood.There was overflowing trash near the parking spot and an ally that heads to other rentals. The 4 units that were walled off and secure by gates were next to a large rental neighborhood. One neighbor has a truck with trailer that nearly blocks the entire entrance. While in the unit I did feel safe. The advertisement makes it appear expensive and exclusive, and the reality of the location was disturbingly different.

Short Stay

First impression was negative due to dark alley where you need to park. The area seems run down and sketchy (which I had read already from other reviews) but house was clean and spacious for the group and my dog

Comfy, safe, convenient stay

We were there for baseball spring training. Property was well placed to hop on the 202 easily. There were walls with coded gates around property, so it felt very safe. Place was clean and well stocked.

Don’t be scared-give this place a chance

We arrived late, after dark, missed the entrance a couple times. Area seemed shady with an dark alley feel. Metal gates for security made me worry about safety. Cory the manager was kind and understanding with my worried phone call. He reassured me the place was very good and asked me to give it a night, and see if my opinion was better in the morning. He called me the next day to check in to see if we were satisfied. The place was clean, well stocked, secure and we had a very nice visit. Thank you

Clean and newly remodeled

Newly remodeled, new appliances and incredibly comfortable beds. Very clean. Location seemed a little sketchy at first but great proximity to ASU and light rail. You are behind two locking gates on the property and will use three access codes to enter each time. Felt very secure. Host instructions and communication very complete. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

For most part place was well maintained with a few items which I messaged host on first day. The furniture and linens provided were comfortable and clean. Very convenient location but area did not seem the best when we arrived at night. Once in property walls and then unit courtyard felt very secure. Would definitely recommend this place.
