5 stars all the way! Every year we pick a new family destination in lieu of Christmas gifts and this year I pushed hard for Spring Training in Scottsdale. There were 8 of us plus 2 young granddaughters who are tough to keep entertained and this house fit the bill. We all had a blast.Very quiet area which made the evenings out by the pool extraordinary! The arcade game console with more retro games than you can imagine included got more use than the pool table. A lot of fun for the older gamers.The only blip we had, was the unfortunate plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms but the host was on it quickly and very accommodating and prompt with communication. I'd return to this destination in a heartbeat and if you have a large family/group I highly recommend you consider this place.

We had a very positive experience. Loved the pool, theatre room and played pickleball. The house was big enough that our family had space to be alone or spend time together.My only concern I wish someone would have checked us in to show us around the house and answer questions.

The host was very receptive and quick to respond to the issues we had. They also refunded us money for the day the pool heater didn't work. The home is lovely, great movie room, wonderful outside. Needs some repairs, shared with the owner hoping they fix, would stay there again if they fixed the items.

Pool and general outdoor area of the house was excellent. Bit of a learning curve on the controls for the pumps/etc but we figured it out! Sink and mini fridge in the lanai did not work. Indoor was nice, the layout worked really well for our group. Had some issues with the TV in the living room not operating properly but we didn't have much case to use it anyways - the theater room was great though! Kitchen was minimally appointed but had all the basics. Washing machine made a VERY loud noise when in use, meant we couldn't really run it while we were in the house but our stay was short enough it didn't matter. Great quiet location, not too far from groceries/restaurants/attractions.

5 Stars! The backyard oasis including the pool, spa, put green, basketball/sport court were amazing! The house was very clean and the beds were all comfortable. The kids loved the movie theatre room, pool table and shuffle board game. It was spacious for all 12 of us and we would definitely rent the property again.

We had an amazing stay at this property with two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and it was exactly what we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation!The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals together, from a variety of pots and pans to plenty of dishes and utensils. It made mealtime easy and enjoyable.The entertainment options were a huge hit. The pool table provided hours of fun for the adults and kids alike. And the private pickleball court was a unique bonus! We played every day!The pool was perfect for cooling off in the Arizona summer heat and the kids enjoyed the slide. One small note: the texture of the slide did cause a few holes in our swim trunks, so we’d recommend using older swimsuits. It didn’t take away from the fun, just something to be aware of.Overall, we highly recommend this home to other families or groups looking for a well-equipped, activity-packed place to stay. We’d definitely return!

Family Vacation

The house was very well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. There were 10 of us ranging from 5-50 and we never felt on top of each other and there was room to spread out. The pool was fantastic, there was so much to do and the communication with the hosts was better than I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back!!

Great week in a great house

We stayed here April 26- May 3, 2025. House location was great. Large lots for all the homes in the area and quiet neighborhood too. We took our adult children and grandchildren ages 1,3 and 5 and hardly ever left the property because they all enjoyed it so much. The pool was amazing we paid to have it heated and ended up having to turn it down because it was too warm! Used Shipt shoppers for groceries and brought in take out a couple of times and ate on the covered patio. The pickleball court and putting green were a hit with the kids. The yard and ebterior of the house could use a little sprucing up but all in all a fantastic place to stay as a family!

Disappointing

Spent 5 days on property for Spring Training. Property was listed with lots of outside activities for adults and kids alike. Inside of home was clean and had nice layout for 3 families. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough cleaning supplies, dish towels, trash bags, etc. Be prepared to bring your own. Ice maker did not work on refrigerator. Outside was a major disappointment. The pool and spa were non functional 4 out of 5 days. Technicians were sent out 5 times and issues were not resolved leaving us without one of the major reasons we booked this property. And, dead mouse was in pool when we arrived. Property management was not willing to give any compensation refund for lack of nonfunctional pool/spa. Would not book again. Not worth money spent.
