Fantastic Place to Stay!

My daughter and grandson came in for a week from Tennessee and had a great time! The condo was perfect! Very comfortable, extremely clean, and just an over excellent place. Shannon was great! Showed us around and made us feel right at home. We recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay in Mesa Arizona

We cannot say enough good things about our entire experience. Everything was great. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was one of the best maintained property. It was well stocked with anything that you might need. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for accommodations in Mesa. There are two pools on site. The pool was located right beside this unit. The hot tub was great. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great experience. We would definitely return if we came back to the area. Home for Family Away From Home

The moment my family walked into our accommodation, the property was inviting, thoroughly clean, and ready for a young family to enjoy. Almost all the descriptions were accurate and helpful, especially those related to the location of the property. Anything and everything are close by, including the wonderful pool a few steps from the front door. Parking was easy. Probably the most enjoyable was the patio area just ready-made to share with family. The only two items we would have hoped for, one of which is no one's ability to change, would be updated televisions and the absence of the confusing blocked areas by the construction going on. The location of the property's trash bins was a bit far but doable. Your property was TRULY an integral part of a most superior and heartwarming family visit. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Very nice

The condo itself is great, clean, comfortable beds and everthing you need in the kitchen. Communication was fast and pleasant with the owner. He has someone in the area meet you to enter the condo. Don't depend on directions from google, they mislead us! There is new construction going on close to the condo in the complex this winter (2023) but sound proofing in the condo is good so we didn't hear much.

Good break

The condo is very clean and conveniently located for hikes at Superstition Mountain, or Usary Mountain Park. The condo has lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. This unit does not get very much sun, which can be nice, but also makes the interior quite dark. We didn’t mind as we were out hiking most days. Also, there is construction close by which is a bit noisy - it seems to be going up quite quickly so it shouldn’t be a problem for long. The condo is overall a good value and I would recommend staying here.

Nice stay

The condo is nice, good location and well cared for. There's lots of nearby fast food places, grocery stores, cafes etc. We have family that also own a condo in the same complex and they have always enjoyed the location and the complex itself. The condo was clean for the most part and had pretty much everything we need. Jim was excellent, very responsive, dealt with modifying my booking very promptly, refunded me when VRBO made an error, he was very kind and easy to deal with. Shannon is the property manager and she was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. One annoying issue we discovered is that the jacuzzi is for ages 16+ and we got in trouble from some members of the condo board for letting our kids go in. Not at all the condo owners fault but definitely worth considering if you're going as a family in a season that isn't as warm. The other thing that was a bit annoying was the check out procedure. The manual indicates that if paper goods are depleted to please replace, if the last of a condiment is used to please replace it, and to make sure all linens are stripped and all used towels/cloths etc are in the laundry room. While the linens wouldn't normally be an issue it is just one more step to worry about when you're trying to rush out the door to leave the city after your vacation (especially with three kids under 5). It seems like that would be a pretty easy thing for the cleaning staff to take care of. As for the paper goods it was a bit strange that I had to go buy a box of Kleenex before I left. Granted our entire family was sick the whole time so we used more Kleenex than we normally would and maybe for most people it's not an issue. Either way, I feel like that's an unnecessary thing to request of guests and that can be replenished by the owner. I have no problem being considerate with things like replacing coffee but it seems odd I would buy my own toilet paper if I use more than they think is necessary to provide. Overall a great condo to stay in, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this stay!

May get away

Over all we enjoyed staying at this property. It was very quiet there. Unfortunately they were doing some painting at the pool by us. So it was closed 2 days. No big deal. Would recommend this property to anyone. We usually rent a house with a pool in the back yard. This is the next best thing.

Great Condo, lots of amenities

We stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and everything worked as advertised. We enjoyed time at both of the pools, but the one was so close we used it the most. Parking was never an issue, and we had good access to the freeway and shopping.

Home away from home

This was a perfect Christmas destination for us. The property was everything we needed and more. Steps from the pool. The condo was clean and furnished very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was close to all amenities necessary. We highly recommend this condo and will be back.

Great East Valley getaway

This property is beautiful. Very comfy beds, obvious the owner didn’t skimp here. Definitely furnished with comfort in mind. The owner was quick to respond and accommodating to all needs.
