Great location. Walking path and community is superb.

Our experience was great. Loved the dog friendly part and I spent a lot of time just walking in the area. It felt very friendly and safe.

Good rental

Property manager was good to work with. We have stayed here a couple times in the past, and it appears they have removed all the items in the home to make it cozy. (Couch pillows, décor, etc.) Also the back yard was in need of attention. It was an adequate rental and clean. Would stay again. Good location and quiet.

Amazing Experience!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully functional for our family vacation to Arizona. There was plenty of room for our kids and family to sleep and hang out. Tina, our host, was very responsive when we needed her. They thought about everything and had all the comforts of our own home - had every appliance you can imagine, netflix and disney on the TVs, trundle bed, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels to last the entire trip. The neighborhood was beautiful and had a few different playgrounds for the kids and running trails too. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Home away from home

Home is beautifully furnished and full of all the things you would need for an extended stay. We were particularly pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes for cooking and eating. Quiet neighborhood, nice walking trails, relatively close to shopping, etc. The Property manager was also great to respond quickly to answer questions leading up to and during our stay. Five stars all around.

Rent again

This home is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, etc. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed - our last stay was 3+ months. Tina, the host, is incredible - she is very responsive no matter what day she in contacted and she truly cares about her renters and shows that through her kindness and her thoughtfulness. My advice is "book it."

Good Rental.

This home is very nice and it is always clean. The kitchen is perfect because it is stocked with utensils and appliances for cooking and relaxing. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with many walking paths. Tina (the host) is always available and responds immediately if there is a problem. We have and will continue to rent this home.

Family Vacation & needed house close to family

Our family of four, a couple with 2 adult children, were coming to visit family in the Sun Lakes area. We needed a home with 3 bedrooms and found this gem. It was perfect and was everything that was described on line by VRBO. Very clean, spacious and homey. Great neighborhood that made us feel safe and comfortable. The house had all the bedding, bathroom towels, and kitchen items that you could imagine. Everything regarding check in and access was done online and worked like a charm. No issues whatsoever! We would definetly rent this house again! Loved every aspect of it! Were sad to have to leave.

We were totally pleased with our stay. In fact, this stay has been our best VRBO to date. The home exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all the extra touches to enhance our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The home is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great. We took daily walks using the walking paths. The rental home is located in a great area and is close to many restaurants. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

GOOD RENTAL IN GILBERT

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for us and it was quiet and safe. The house was clean and spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well-stocked - I love to cook and it had everything I needed during our two month stay. The only downside is the two guest bedroom TVs did not have cable access; however, NetFlex, etc., were available. Tina was extremely responsive for the very few issues we had during the two months. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Gilbert. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with 3 young kids. There was plenty of space, the house was clean, and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. The property manager answered questions very quickly and called to ensure everything was satisfactory the day we checked in.

Spring Break

We had a Wonderful Family vacation in Gilbert, Az. The rental property was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of space, with a great open and split floor plan. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, the livingroom and in the den. However, the bedroom TV’s are only set-up with Netflix. Not a huge deal, but cable in the master would have been nice. The home is centrally located, close to main roads and highway access. It does take around 15 minutes or so to get to the nearest grocery store. Which isn’t bad, but it’s also about 10 or so minutes to the nearest convenient store. It would’ve been nice to have something a little closer. Tina was very helpful and readily available when we needed assistance with our arrival. We had a wonderful stay and highly suggest this property. Thank you Tina!
