    Guest Access:

    You’ll have full and exclusive access to the townhome and shared access to the communal amenities.

    Scottsdale, lush parks, botanical gardens, great golf courses, and more. Ideal for explorers and shopaholics alike, enjoy easy access to the best of the city!



    Getting Around:

    If you’re driving, you’ll be about 6.5 miles from PHX Airport & 12 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF). Also, Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation.



    Other Things to Note:

    Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!



    STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Noiseaware device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2,000 fine.



    We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

    - Abide by our rental terms and conditions.

    - Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

    - That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI.

    - The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.



    The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.



    We don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave. We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind.



    Amenities in the common areas are managed by the HOA. Any issues or inconveniences with these amenities are unfortunately beyond our control; however, we will always do our best to follow up with the HOA



    HOUSE RULES:

    - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

    - The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property.

    - Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking.

    - This is a four-story townhome so guests will be required to climb stairs.

    - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.

    - Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.

    - No pets are allowed at this property.

    - Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee.

    - The garage remote will be upstairs on the desk. Lost remote is a $25 fine.

    - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Please let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it.

    - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it.

    - Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained.

    - Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed in the event unauthorized pets are discovered during or in a reasonable time after the stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.

    - Please adhere to check-in/check-out times to avoid fines and vacate the property at the agreed-upon time.

    - Property undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.

    - Thermostat: Temperature controls must be maintained to prevent damage.

    - Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property.

    - Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property.

    - Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed.

    - The property is for vacation rental only; no commercial use allowed.

    - Guests must adhere to all local vacation rental laws and regulations. Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without a refund.

    - Pool operating hours are 8 am to 10 pm.



    SWIMMING POOL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE:

    1. Supervision is key to preventing drowning accidents: never leave children unsupervised in the vicinity of the pool - not even for a second!

    2. Always watch children around the pool. Do not rely on barriers. They only slow a child's access to the pool.

    3. In case of an emergency, act immediately.

    4. Shout for help.

    5. Pull the child out of the water.

    6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.

    7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained).



    No Third-Party Services Allowed - For liability and safety reasons, we do not permit any outside services (such as massages, personal chefs, mobile IVs, or similar bookings) to take place at the property during your stay.



    Interaction with Guests:

    The building, home and garage all use electronic door codes for entry. Codes and instructions will be provided before your arrival.



    You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.

We had a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were great and the air conditioning was amazing. We needed it as it was over 100 every day … would not hesitate to stay again.

Upscale and comfortable

This was such a fun property. It was very modern yet comfortable and clean. The area was conveniently located and private and had the pool to ourselves. The views from the rooftop were amazing.

Great location and living space. Perfect accommodations for golf trip with my three sons. Main kitchen/family room level was perfect for meals and TV time for us all. Multiple levels allowed for quiet for those sleeping while others could be on main level watching tv / catching up on emails, or roof top for anyone wanting to relax outside. Garage and lowest level great bonus space for rental car and golf clubs. Short drives to airport, golf courses, and restaurants.

Basketball Family

This space was perfect when we had attended my son’s basketball tournament. The separation in floors allowed us to relax between games. The couches were s relaxing. The TVs in each room were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and enjoy our meals. The location was perfect close to our event and close to grocery and restaurants. There was a great park that allowed us to walk and take in the sunshine. The open windows in the living room gave me a great area for my morning yoga.

Property and Location Perfect!

The property was everything we expected and more! Communications with the property manager was quick and easy. It was as described and we enjoyed our time on the rooftop lounge for our morning coffee. This location was absolutely perfect for us! Cubs Spring Training (and warmth) was our purpose for traveling. Sloan is about 10 minutes away. We found the area very convenient for restaurants, Old Town, shopping, walking paths and groceries. We ventured to Dukes (around the corner) for dinner and basketball watching and was pleasantly surprised to find trivia night going on also. Fun times. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for Spring Training next year!

Excellent spacious townhome with lots of room, comfy beds, and a roof deck that is a relaxing little getaway with views of Four Peaks, Camelback and more! Roof deck has great outdoor furniture and a dining room table and chairs for al fresco dining. Perfect home, great kitchen and spacious office nook and immaculate garage for 2 cars. Close to ASU and all of Scottsdale points of interest. Great host! Highly recommend!
