90th Birthday

Family gathered from GA, MI, OH, WA and OK to celebrate my mother’s 90th Birthday. The home was perfect for us. The children enjoyed the pool, drawing in the game room and of course the games. The home allowed us to space and comfort to enjoy each other. Perfect home for a family gathering.

Why can't everything in a rented house work?

From the start the front door digital pad had issues to the point we no longer were able to access the front door and utilized the back door. Additionally the 'mega-DIY' master shower was the weirdest locker room shower we have ever seen in our lives. Also I neglected to mention this did not work. Why rent this house if everything doesn't work including the front door?

Thanksgiving Family Trip

We had an incredible experience at this property! The host was amazing and accommodating. We had all cooking supplies that we needed and more! The property was so clean and nice! The location was beautiful and perfect for grocery shopping and fast food. We will likely be staying here again for our next family vacation.

Fantastic Father's Day Weekend!

The house was beautiful. The description of the house was completely accurate. It was very well maintained. Very comfortable and inviting. Of course our favorite spot was the pool. Loved that part of it was covered because that weekend was in the triple digits. So having some shade was very much appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Best VRB ever

We have stayed in many VRB properties and this was by far the best ever. The property organization made it easy for us the find everything. It was very clean and beautiful. The property had a homely feel and welcoming. The pool area also was the best by far. My entire family loved it. I would have given it 10 stars if that was an option. Would definitely reserve again. Thank you for making our stay one we will not forget.

Guys Golf Weekend

Family Holiday

Stayed here with family for family holiday. 4 adults, 5 kids, and hand PLENTY of room to spread out. It was comfortable, quiet, great neighborhood with easy access to the interstate and local amenities. Lots of seating in the backyard under the covered patio, or around the firepit, or at the pool deck. Inside the rooms all had smart tv's for watching your favorite streaming. The kitchen was adequately stocked with flatware, utensils, and appliances. I would highly recommend this place for a large family gathering. We will definitely consider this place again for our families.

Great place.

We stayed at this house for a girls basketball team at Estrella Fountain Hills. It was centrally located and in an awesome neighborhood. The one thing O suggest is to label the light switches, fan switches and speaker switches. It’d make it easier to know what goes to what. We loved it!

Just Perfect!

What a great property! The check in process was very easy and the house is clean, modern and cozy. Each of our group of 11 had a comfy spot to sleep and even with all of us, there was plenty of privacy and space to stretch out. The house is well equipped with the necessities - a very organized kitchen, also plenty of linens and household items so you won’t run out. There is a Target about 5 minutes away which was very convenient for filling the fridge. The pool had an effective heater that the kiddos really appreciated - we were visiting family for Thanksgiving so it wasn’t necessarily warm outside. We had a great time, were very comfortable and will definitely be back the next time we come into town.
