The property was just as advertised. It was spacious and well appointed. the grounds were well kept and the pool was welcome relief as we stayed here in June. The few questions we had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Great Spot

Unit was very clean and very well appointed. Could not beat the spot for our student tour of nearby Grand Canyon University. Tons of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. We’d stay there again absolutely.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and has all the amenties you could ask for. There was pleny of room especially once you found the "hidden" closets for each bedroom- great storage to unpack! I especially liked the connected outdoor patio to have my morning coffee.

Great property and location.

My family and I stayed at this rental for spring break. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend that others rent this property. The condo was very clean and matched all the pictures in the description. The condo complex was very quiet and the pool area was secure and secluded. Communication with Paula was very easy and the provided instructions were very helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Luxurious Vacation in Phoenix

We had an amazing time in Phoenix, and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Paula reached out and made sure that we had everything we needed. From the gated entrance (safety!) to the impeccable property inside and out, we felt lucky to have found this place. I'm already thinking of booking a girl's trip and staying here again! You will not be disappointed! Location location location! We could see Camelback and Piestewa Peak from the property and we were so excited to have restaurants and shopping so close. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to see all of the amenities of home including sound machines, coffee makers with pods, iron, blow dryer, etc etc....if it sounds like I'm gushing, I AM!! So incredibly happy we took this trip and our luxurious accommodations were just oerfect!

Perfect for families

Our family had a wonderful week! The condo was exactly how described and pictures were accurate. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as being able to walk to the grocery store, nearby mall, and strolling through the Biltmore Estates. Easy driving distance to many nearby attractions.

What a lovely property! We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv and messaged Paula, she got back to us immediately! Tv was on in a flash! Everything was so clean and nice. I’d highly recommend this condo and the area!!!
