Everything about the house and our stay was absolutely perfect. And we had a direct line of communication to the property manager before/during/after our stay if we ever needed it. Highly recommend to any big group looking for a rental in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

This was the most amazing home for our family of 16! We didn’t ever have to leave to be completely happy! The backyard was a paradise!! Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pots, toasters, crockpots etc! Pool was heated and perfect for November! Basketball, tennis, pickleball, play houses, playground, putt putt golf …..can’t say enough about it!!

We had a great stay, the house was large enough to keep our large crew busy and alone still have alone time. The management company responded quickly and where very accommodating when all of our flights during the shutdown or canceled.

Team loveed the space

This Property met our needs completely. The only problem that we had was that the dishwasher was being worked on when we arrived we thought it was fixed, but it continued to not be operable. Everything else at the house was exceptional. We had a great time. I would say that the main living room space is a little small other than that. Everything was fantastic. I’m guessing that you have to have the light shot shut off on the Pickleball court at 10 by city or Neighbor’s request but we really wanted to keep playing longer. We could not turn it on after 10. Thank you for a great time. We will book this property again

Perfect place for our meeting!

Our peer-group of Lawn Doctor owners from all over the US has normally met in hotels, but wanted to try staying together to maximize our time to collaborate and communicate. This house was the perfect place for our meeting. The table on the patio was large enough for us to all sit comfortably. The patio TV rolled easily to be visible for our group and connected easily for our presentations. The patio heater kept us warm in the early morning and the fans cooled us off as the day heated up. When we chose to meet inside in the afternoon, there was perfect seating for us in the living area and we were again able to easily connect to the TV for presentations. The location was amazing within walking distance to the OHSO brewery for a great dinner together and walking distance to grocery stores and other amenities. The gourmet kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. (I think there may be 8 coffee makers... perfect for our coffee loving crew) and we had fun trying out the Wolf built in expresso machine. The pool and hot tub temperatures were just right and we loved that this was included- rather than an add-on like we saw at other places.Every room had thoughtful details and the house had everything that we could have needed to make this a great experience for our group of 13 adults. (The amenities and supplies for kids were impressive and my kids were jealous when looking at the photos). This was the perfect place for our meetings.

We didn’t want to leave!

Everything about the property was perfect! There was nothing that we needed as the home was fully stocked. The pool and tennis courts were exactly as described. We had three small children and the playground set was perfect for them! Will stay there again!!

Great Christmas Vacation

This was a great location. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. Pool was warm. Very clean and Brian the property manager was very responsive. A great location for a family gathering

Perfect property for family

Just returned from an eight day stay at this amazing place. Our family of 15 had the best time. Our nine grandchildren ranging from the age of eight months to 10 years. Did not want to leave. So much to do for the children and for the adults never a dull moment we had aplans for visiting attractions in Phoenix, but we did not want to leave this beautiful house. Property manager Brian was amazing. Not one complaint, we will be back.

Spectacular Family Vacation

Our large family of 10 adults and 7 children (8 months- 9 yrs) absolutely LOVED this beautiful and extremely well-appointed complex. The safety of the gated pool area was a top priority for us, and with the various pool "toys" and comfy loungers, we spent many happy hours poolside ! The tennis/pickleball/basketball court area was also well utilized by adults and children alike, while the turf area with the swings/slides and children's playhouses kept the little ones active and happy throughout our stay. The house and casita provided ample areas for individual families to have their private sleeping spaces in spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was outfitted with every appliance imaginable ! We were also extremely impressed with Brian, our property manager, who checked in with us upon our arrival and was extremely prompt in responding to any questions that arose. He also surprised us with a DELICIOUS box of Crumbl cookies, which were an unexpected and thoughtful treat. We loved the proximity to Trader Joe's and OHSO brewery and the location was also central to many golf courses and other attractions, as well as the airport and downtown area. Our entire family felt like we were staying at a private resort and that Paradise retreat was the most outstanding accommodation any of us have ever experienced. If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely be back !!

Pure luxury in the desert

Our group of 13 adults had an amazing time at this well kept, well located, well stocked, well maintained luxurious property. It was like staying in a resort. Seamless check in process. AZ fun trip

The home was spectacular! More amenities than any other properties I have stayed. There is absolutely everything you need at this home- from Kitchen, bedroom to bathroom. I 100% recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area. You will not be disappointed.
