Overall , I would say the property was mostly positive, however, there were some obvious misses by the property management group handling this place. If you look at the photos online of the property, I would say those are largely accurate. Shortcomings. #1 and this is the one that will probably will annoy the most people : You cannot sign into the WIFI without agreeing to get their marketing emails! I think most people are over marketing emails and we did not sign up and just relied on our own providers for the duration of the trip. Having done these trips now for awhile, we also have food product shipped to the house, that can be easily prepared/consumed on nights where we come back late from an excursion, or someone is arriving late. We had 4 shipments this year, all of which got to the property, but only 3 of which we ever saw. One of the shipped items arrived a day earlier to our stay, which has happened to us in the past, usually no big deal, as they are all shipped with enough ice packs or dri-ice to survive a day or two outside if they had to But somehow vanished without a trace from the conscientious prior guest, to our arrival just a few hours later. After much back and forth, no compensation was ever offered and they seemed to backtrack from ever acknowledging the prior guest had put it in the fridge. Other issues- bulbs out, Mini-fridge outside didn't work, ice maker frozen up, neighborhood not great(community center across st). Lookin elsewhere next yr
