    • We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
    • Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
    • A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
    • A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
    • Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
    • Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests. Up to 4 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
    • Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
    • Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
    • For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

The house was perfect ! Close to all other amenities in town. Lots of room to move around. Well stocked kitchen, everything was very easy to use. The hosts were more than helpful and gracious. Would rent this property again ! 5 stars

Beautiful property, great service

House was exactly as pictured. Well stocked with consumables like paper towels, soap, etc. Sound/AC/TV/Pool all very easy to navigate. Check in process was a breeze with concierge Tyler. Would return/recommend to anyone.

Best Vacation I have ever experienced!

Could not be any better...like having your own private resort. Worked out perfect for my girls group. Already booked it for next year. all bedrooms include on-suite bathrooms. Lots of room to hangout together and the privacy and space that the private bedroom suites provide. Heated pool and hot tub were great! House was very clean, in great shape and had everything we needed. Management met us on property for check in and showed us how to operate everything (smart home) which came in handy! Daily maid service was a nice bonus since its included, felt like a luxury resort. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SCOTTSDALE in my honest opinion

. A GOOD STAY FOR US GOT SO MARRED BY THE ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF – THEY NEED TO BE TR

ILE WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN A COMFORTABLE HOME, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HOLIDAY RENTALS WAS MOST UNSATISFACTORY. FOR SOMEONE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, FLEXIBILITY, AND ACCOMMODATION, IN PROVIDING GUEST SATISFACTION WAS BEYOND OUR COMPREHENSIONS. WE WERE LANDING IN PHOENIX AFTER A SIX HOUR FLIGHT AT NOON, WITH A 2-YEAR OLD. WE REQUESTED AN EARLY CHECK-IN FOR 3 PM, WITH JUST THE POSSIBLE USE OF ONE BEDROOM. WE WERE TOLD, THIS WOPULD NOT BE POSSIBLE, AS “COMPANY POLICY” DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ANY SUCH EXCEPTIONS. WE ARRIVED A LITTLE AFTER 4 PM AND WERE MADE FAMILIAR WITH THE HOME BY A PERSON WHO SEEMED QUITE RUSHED TO GO TO ANOTHER HOME. IN HIS RUSH HE FORGOT TO TELL US THAT THE STOVE DID NOT WORK, UNLESS THERE WAS A POT ON THE BURNER. WE HAD TO CALL IN, AFTER OUR REPEATED UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO GET THE STOVE TO WORK. THE ATTENDING ELECTRICIAN POINTED OUT THAT A POT WAS NECESSARY ON THE BURNER FOR IT TO OPERATE! THE DAILY HOUSEKEEPERS REFUSED TO WORK AN ADDITIONAL HOUR OR TWO, OVER THEIR DESIGNATED TWO HOURS, DESPITE AN OFFER OF PAYMENT FOR THE SAME. THIS WAS AN ATTITUDE AFTER SHE HAD BEEN TIPPED $80 FOR THREE OF HER 2-HOUR CLEANING SESSIONS. ONE MALE HOUSEKEEPER WALKED AWAY AFTER AN HOUR’S CLEANING, TOTALLY INADEQUATE FOR THE SIZE OF THE HOUSE. FORTUNATELY ANOTHER HOUSEKEEPER WAS SENT IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE COMPLAINED. WE ALSO APPRECIATED AN EARLY RESPONSE BY YOUR STAFF TO THE ABSENCE OF HOT WATER, ONE LATE AFTERNOON. HOWEVER, THE LAST STRAW IN OUR DISAPPOINTMENT TOWARDS HOLIDAY RENTALS WAS ON THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE. ALL IN OUR PARTY, EXCEPT TWO ADULTS, MY YOUNGEST 30-YEAR OLD SON AND HIS GIRL FRIEND, HAD LEFT THE HOUSE BY 11 AM AS REQUIRED. TILL 11.20 AM MY SON HAD WAITED FOR ME TO ARRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT TO ORDER AN UBER FOR ALL OF US TO LEAVE. WHILE WAITING FOR THE UBER ON SOME OUTDOOR FURNITURE, MY SON STEPPED INTO THE HOUSE FOR A TEMPOORARY RELIEF FROM THE HOT SUN OUSIDE. ONE OF YOUR STAFF, IN A MOST IMPOLITE MANNER ASKED HIM TO STEP OUT OF THE HOUSE INDICATING THAT IT WAS “COMPANY POLICY “ NOT TO ALLOW ANY GUEST ON THE PREMISES AFTER THE CHECK OUT - OUR UBER ARRIVED AT 11.30 AM WHEN WE WERE ALL GONE! SUCH RUDENESS AND TOTAL ABSENCE OF ANY HUMANITY IN PRACTICING “COMPANY POLICY” MAKE ONE WONDER ABOUT YOUR STAFF AND COMPANY? WE HAVE RENTED LUXURY VILLAS IN EUROPE AND THE CARIBBEAN, SOME MORE EXPENSIVE THAN CAMELBACK, BUT HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH STUBBORNNESS AND LACK OF UNDERSTANDING. A GOOD STAY FOR US GOT

I had such a wonderful time in Scottsdale. The property was absolutely beautiful, and everyone was so welcoming! We had someone at the property to show us around when we arrived, also they gave us great recommendations in the area. Having a local rental company is amazing, and really helps add to a stress free vacation. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved this mansion!

Where to start... I brought my in-laws here for a family weekend, and they were highly impressed. They loved the modernness of the home. The kitchen was HUGE, and made cooking for a big family so much easier! Sleeping arrangements were perfect, thinking about booking for the holidays this year!
