Great location. They had absolutely everything that we needed. The only complaint that we had was the people above us were extremely noisy the last part of our stay.

Condo was exactly what we were looking for on our first trip to Phoenix. Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, friendly people, great pool, and close to the American Family Field and Casino. Would love to come back again!

We loved being back at the villas! The condo is in a great location and close to great restaurants other activities. The pool and hot tub area are my favorite and the condo is only a few steps away. Great for families too!

Great property

Our family had a great vacation at this property. It was centrally located to everything we did including the Grand Canyon and a Diamondbacks game. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and fitness center was also very nice. Thanks for the great week.

Amazing!!!

This place was perfect for our trip to Arizona for a wedding. The house was clean, well laid out, comfortable furniture and bedding, and the kids were able to play in their own rooms and in the nice quiet pool. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Nice property

We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each night. The place was clean and gave us some space to spread out. This is on my list for next time.

Nice condo in good location

Nice condo on first level. Great location near 101. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Pantry nicely stocked with staples such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was relaxing.

We absolutely love the area! We were missing a card to access the pool/hot tub, and they were super fast in getting us one! The condo is comfortable, and clean! We will definitely book again. Thank you!!

The condo was clean and modern, exactly like in the pictures. Heated pool and hot tub were great. Owner was always very quick to respond to messages. We had a great time staying here. Thank you!

Glendale winter stay

The property is well situated, very safe and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the workout rooms the most. We would have enjoyed the property more if there had been a coffee table in the living area and dressers in the rooms. The rooms are very bare of any furniture as was noted in the photos, but made the stay less enjoyable.

Great place.

Nicely updated unit close to the 101 Loop which offers a wide variety of great restaurants and shopping. The heated pool is a bonus as is the workout room. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed the three bedroom two bath layout. All the comforts of home in a secure gated community. Beds were on the firm side which was an issue with my husband. Johana was a great communicator, always quick to reply to our questions. Would I stay again? Sure would.

Regarding our stay:

Everything was very good but if you are staying a month or two there were a few things that need to be addressed. Shower doors need repair, wash machine does not fill enough to cover clothes, and the vents need vacuuming and dishwasher didn’t clean very good. We bought a few things needed for cooking. Otherwise we liked the place. Thank you!

Desert Breeze

Very nice unit, roomy, well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was largely under construction with cones on a lot of the access roads. Restaurants not nearby but the nearby town of Glendale had lots of restaurants and retail stores. The pool was nice when we could use it. It was closed for a weekend for chemical problems but the pool deck was a nice place to sit and read if not swimming. We had two small problems that the host responded to. Overall a nice community inside the gates

Very clean and spacious

This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bedding seemed pretty new. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Multiple TV's through out. You can easily fit 9 people if people don't mind sharing beds and one person on the couch. Couch is very big. The only (small) negative is there was no proactive communication with the host, meaning, I had to ask for check in and check out instructions which was unusual. Usually the host sends the instructions a day or two ahead of time. But again, not a huge deal. I will definitely stay again! Thank you for having us
