The house in a word was was spectacular. All the amenities you could ever hope for. The communication any time we needed to ask a question was great even though it was the Christmas holidays. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for family spring break

This house is amazing. It met every expectation we had. The outdoor area had everything needed to entertain all ages, the kitchen had everything needed for large groups, the beds were all very comfortable and there were enough towels (beach and bath) for the entire week. The house was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Fantastic home! Everything you could possibly need for a little getaway! We had a fantastic time in the pool and on the pickleball court! Every room was gorgeous including the little casita! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Paradise in the desert.

This home is all that is says on the website, and more. Six couples were in our party, for 5 nights, and we had the best time ever. Check-in was a breeze, we felt safe, the house was spotless upon arrival, all the decor, appliances, cabinets, furniture, etc... is NICE!! One of the GUYS in our group commented that it was the nicest place our group has ever stayed. Massive garage, some pool items to use, sports equipment for pickleball and golf (b-balls were a bit rough though), landscaping was gorgeous, I could go on and on. The rental company was very responsive with a few questions we had that came up. I highly suggest Northridge Mesa! Party of 12 says 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great place.

We were a group of 13 with all ages and had a great time. The pool and the hot tub were great. The kids really enjoyed the slide. We also used the basketball court/pickleball court. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice big kitchen well stocked. Only minus is that they need to fix the ice machine.

Family vacation

This home is amazing! With 10 adults and 4 children we were able to spend quality time together comfortably. The outdoor space was great the pool and hot tub were used daily. This home was furnished with everything you need if we had an issue the management responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We had a great Thanksgiving long weekend at the mini resort! There were 12 adults and a 1 year old. The house was spacious for everyone to relax and enjoy. We watched a lot of football on the living room and patio tv. The pool temp was good as soon as we realized the pool heat turned off when the spa heat was on. The spa was very warm when on so enjoyable. Our temps while there were mid 70s and lows at night to 40 for reference. The pickleball/basketball court was great and lighted when it got dark, played on the putting green, the firepit was really nice to sit around in the evening and did smores and played games. The kitchen had everything we needed to put on a traditional thanksgiving meal. We had a couple issues that the management group was quick to respond and try to remedy. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Don't pass this by.

The house was all we thought it would be and more. Great communication with the property managers. The home was large enough for our entire family with everyone having their own space to get away if they wanted. The outside was just what we envisioned, pickleball, basketball, bbq area and the amazing pool!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! We were blown away by how lovely the house was. It far exceeded what we were expecting. The kitchen. The dining area. So so nice! The pool was great. The slide burned a little bit because of the temperature but it gave us good laughs. Unfortunately, it was super hot when we visited so we didn't use any of the other amenities outside but would have otherwise. We definitely would recommend the Mesa house 100x over and if we come back to AZ anytime soon, we would love to stay again! Thank you for an awesome time!! :)

Above and beyond!

Can’t say enough good things about this property and process in general! Alyssa was very communicative and helpful and the house was spotless. Endless amount of time spent and fun had in the backyard! We will definitely try to book again if we are back in the East Valley! Thanks again!

Absolutely Perfect

My family and I have been staying in the surrounding Phoenix area the last 5 years for spring break. I have to say this house was amazing. The pool and hot tub was a big hit. The house is even bigger than it looks online. Plenty of privacy for the whole family. Everything worked as expected. The pickleball court was a definitely a nice touch. It is a 5 star house.

This home was amazing. It was clean, and had everything needed to make our family thanksgiving one for the books. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed the heated pool, water slide, pickle ball court, and much more. The house was so wonderful and had it all, that we never left after our initial grocery shop! The host was especially kind, and even called to check and make sure we had everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend this home for your next family trip!

Great house for large families

Overall, the house was great. The outdoor entertaining area is unmatched, and the beds are as comfortable as they get. A couple of suggestions: Add to some of the items available in the kitchen (towels, hot pads, and additional utensils). Also, we had WIFI issues to start, which were resolved by resetting the router, but it took a few calls to get the key to access the unit. We would definitely stay again, but some minor tweaks would make this an amazing stay vs. great.

Fantastic location, property and amenities.

7 adults, golfed each day and absolutely enjoyed coming home. Hired a chef for one night, and he had everything he needed to provide a fantastic meal . Plenty of room in house and on property. Home was clean, stocked and easy to navigate. Outside needed a quick leaf blow when I arrived, and there was a battery pack blower to use. One of the better controls situated homes I’ve stayed in- fairly intuitive.
