This place was centrally located for all our planned activities. It was clean and just as described in the listing. All the bedrooms had smart tv’s, a pleasant surprise. The view of the golf course from the living room/master bedroom was beautiful. Nice restaurants and shopping close by. The check in and out process was very easy. Management called us our first day to ensure we had everything we needed, communication was great. Would stay here again!

This is a nice unit. It's in a well-maintained and safe community that is in a convenient location. The unit itself is in need of a little updating, but the listing photos and descriptions are accurate. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of bedding, towels, pool towels, etc. The kitchen had all of the essentials. A few minor issues... The ice machine hardly produced any ice. If we didn't wriggle the toilet handle in the master bathroom it would continually run. The unit was quite dusty. The slider to get to the deck seemed off it's track and was hard to use. The property management was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again!

Oasis in the city

Our stay was fabulous! The condo is quiet and situated so your front balcony faces the golf course and the other side faces lakes with walking paths to enjoy. Wildlife was plentiful within the complex!

Loved the location and amenities, especially the golf view. Lots of wildlife and blooming plants around the condo complex. Easy to get in and out. We found everything we needed for a weeks stay. So nice to have a starter set of essentials. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for providing a wonderful place.

The property was as described in the listing. Location was convenient for us and there were several stores and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. We had to rewash most of the pots, pans & utensils before we used them. The sheets in the master bedroom were stained. We did notify them of this and they dropped off a new set of sheets.

Just what we needed

I stayed with my sister and nieces during a visit to surprise my mom for her birthday. The location was wonderful and the accommodations just right for our stay. I liked being able to park in the garage and use the pool. They even provided beach towels for us.

We were so pleased with the property. It was impeccably maintained, incredibly clean, and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We felt completely safe in the condo and in the neighborhood as a whole. It was located close to major highways which made our day trips easy and convenient. The golf course view was so nice to wake up to each day. We would definitely book this property again.

2 week getaway

We enjoyed our stay and its location close by to golf/restaurants/major roads so as to get around easily. Quiet surroundings. The Arizona weather did not disappoint - sunshine everyday. Being able to park our car in the available garage was a plus.

Mesa Superstition Lakes Unit 204

The condo was fantastic. The bedrooms were roomy, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the living room and master bedroom had Smart TV’s with cable. The pool and hot tub was three buildings from us. There were many restaurants and stores within walking distance of the complex. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in the Mesa/Gilbert area. Prior to checking in, we had several questions posed to the building mangers and they responded immediately. This was another great VRBO experience. We participated in the MSBL Senior World Series and I would recommend this fantastic condo for anyone looking for a great place.

Very nice stay in October of 2023. Condo was as described. Location was great for getting out of the city, going to the Salt river or lakes and easy day trip to the mountains. Temps were above 100 everyday we were there. The pool was perfect! Great condition and never busy! I would certainly stay again or recommend this condo to others going to the Phoenix-Mesa area!

Great Property w/Great Location and View

This was a lovely home at a very reasonable price. It was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. My only complaint is the floors no matter how often I mopped left a dirty residue on our feet.

Very nice location backing golf courses.Very clean 3 bed condo double garage very tight if have 2 medium type cars. Close walking distance to various restaurants. Close to the flea market by driving and interstates also.

Beautiful View Great Location

There are steep stairs just outside of the garage. However, it does provide privacy between where you park and the condo. This was exactly the right size, the master is on the other end facing the golf course and has a door to the small patio. Great location - feels like you are private and off the grid but close to food, mall and everything we wanted.

The condo was wonderful and had well stocked with anything we could ever need in kitchen utensils and appliances. Had laundry soap and dryer towels etc. The rental company was very easy to contact for checkout etc. Highly recommend this condo.
