Our family enjoyed this Arizona gem for five nights in March of 2026. The home was immaculate, all beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for grilling, cooking, and making fruity drinks. The clean refreshing pool was much needed after our morning hiking excursions. The northeast Mesa location allowed us to easily seek out hiking trails within a 20 minute drive. We managed to fit in five trail hikes of different levels; easy, moderate, and hard. Our favorite was a sunset hike in Usery Mountain Park. The views were absolutely stunning. Nearby this neighborhood you can find groceries, restaurants, and a Target for all your needs. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We highly recommend this stay on Painted Mountain Golf Course!

Great house in a central location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We used the pool every day and enjoyed the outdoor patio area as well. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped with all essentials. We would definitely stay here when in the area again!

The home was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Well-stocked with necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels, etc. Extra towels and pillows are made available. We didn't use the pool but there is comfortable seating outside either in the sun or under a cover. We had fun with the pool table and shuffle board games. Our hosts were easily available before we arrived and while we were there. It's in a nice neighborhood and a great place to stay.

Beautiful house on a quiet street. Lots of things to do in the house and around the neighborhood. Pool was great. Master bedroom mattress is a little rough. My kids had a great time and enjoyed it. Cooked most nights and used the grill. Had everything we needed. Grocery stores very close. Beautiful sunset views. Overall very happy with the house

Nice vacation home

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. It was just as described online. The house was clean and pool area was just what we were looking for. The area is really good as well, grocery stores and food/restaurants just around the corner. I would return to this property if I returned to the area.

Fun Getaway

Coming from Alaska this was a fun, warm getaway. The location is wonderful, neighborhood quiet and laid back, pool warm, house was clean and there was plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend staying here. I will be returning!

Great Retreat

My family stayed here for a wedding and we were very happy with our stay. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! The kitchen is very well stocked. Being from the Midwest, the gas stove was definitely a plus for us. The large sink and dishwasher are great options too. The living room is quite nice but the couch needs a little bit of TLC as it is well used. The laundry room is very nice. The washer and dryer are both of larger capacity so families can do laundry quickly. The bedrooms upstairs are very nice and comfortable. Though one thing to point out was that the bedroom next to the bathroom was a vent that allowed the occupants of that bedroom to hear everything, and I mean everything, that another person was doing in the bathroom and vice versa. To us that is very minor. The master bedroom is wonderful but had a broken window that we found after being in the property for a few days. When we reported it we were told that they were aware and in the process of getting it fixed. We were happy with the Rental management for this interaction. They were very prompt and professional. The bathrooms are well maintained and stocked with blow dryers and straighteners for anyone needing them. The pool and back yard are perfect for our family. Also the pool table, foosball and Shuffleboard table were excellent additional features. My son and husband loved them!

Fun for the whole family

Our family had a great time here. The house was perfect to beat the AZ heat. The pool was clean and refreshing, even in the hottest part of July. We were attracted to this spot because of its safety around the pool, as we have small children. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, foseball & table shuffleboard. Having a TV in every room allowed the adults to hang out downstairs & our teens & smaller children some alone time. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, great for grilling! There was a grocery store just around the block & the neighborhood was quiet. We were particularly impressed with the rental company's fast communication and quick response/action to any questions we had. They called us on Day 2 to ask how the liked the property. We loved our stay!
