This is my second stay at Manzi place. One of the best VRBOs in central Phoenix. Beautiful home. The house is well appointed, clean, comfortable furniture, and beds, and a gorgeous backyard. I will be back!

Absolutely delighted to share my experience at this incredible VRBO stay! Firstly, let's talk about the space itself - impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable, this cozy retreat felt like a home away from home. The inviting atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. From providing local recommendations to promptly addressing any queries or concerns, their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Location-wise, this VRBO couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. With easy access to nearby restaurants,sight-seeing and hiking, exploring the area was an absolute breeze. There's also a nice paved trail that is easily accessible from the neighborhood that we used for our daily runs. And let's not forget about the little touches that made all the difference - from the abundant toiletries and towels, sparkling pool, beautifully landscaped yard, firepits & well-equipped kitchen for our stay in meals. Overall, my experience at this VRBO exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a memorable and unforgettable getaway, look no further - this is the place to be.

Absolutely amazing

The property is wonderful. The pool is heated to a very comfortable 90 degrees. The beds are cozy. The kitchen is well supplied and groceries are easily delivered to the house. The street is very quiet with almost no traffic. It is close to hiking trails. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Central Phoenix House

I am an AZ native that now lives far away, but travel to Phoenix several times a year to visit family, and I’ve stayed in 100’s of VRBO houses/condos in the area. This is BY FAR my favorite house to date. The location is perfect, the house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the couch in the living room is big and comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and the backyard is an oasis! The pool!!! Communication with the owner is fantastic. We will be staying here again!

Fantastic stay

Our family loved this home and hope we can return again and enjoy more of the amenities! We stayed for 12 days and the home had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for daily swimming. We enjoyed the inside living spaces to cool off and watch movies or play games. Thankful for a quality place to use as a home base as we visited family all over the valley. The house had a great location to get around easily and quickly.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 19 days and had a wonderful experience. Our host was exceptional and more than willing to make sure our stay was the best ever. The home was amazing which included an outstanding backyard with pool, outside TV's, firepits, and a wonderful grilling area. The pictures online were more than accurate but being there made you realize how nice this home really was.. We would encourage anyone that wants a truly outstanding vacation in the Phoenix area to consider staying here. Our host was always quick to help us with any questions and always extremely positive. The combination of a super home, an exceptional host, and great weather made the stay Phoenix a dream vacation.

WONDERFUL VRBO!!!

As a family of five (with three kiddos 5 and under) we stay in VRBO's when we come to Phoenix to visit family. We have stayed in many throughout the Valley and this house was beyond our favorite. We even hosted Thanksgiving there! The house is amazing. Perfectly set up, it allows for fantastic indoor-outdoor fun without being making parents of young kids nervous (if you have kids who aren't 100 percent swim ready yet) about them getting out. The bar window into the kitchen allowed people to be in the kitchen while others were outside enjoying the wonderful pool and not miss out on the fun. There are two TV's outside which was amazing for enjoying the sun but not missing any of the Thanksgiving games, a great grill area that is well stocked for cooking out, and a heated pool that stayed nice and warm the entire time we were there. The kitchen was set up with everything you need - a coffee maker (both drip and pod), a blender, an electric kettle, plus all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need (did I mention I cooked Thanksgiving there?). The living room is great for lounging and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Beyond all of that, Derek was wonderful. He made everything seamless and comfortable while making sure he was available for any questions we had - he even has a video he sends you when you arrive that explains all the ins and outs of the house. When he found out we were cooking a Turkey he offered to have a meat thermometer overnighted! It's now the only place I want to stay when we visit!

Amazing getaway

Our family loved our stay at the Manzi Place! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by comfortable and luxurious amenities that made our stay wonderful. From comfortable beds, high-end furnishings and details including access to a coffee bar, great-smelling soaps, well-stocked bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities and access to laundry facilities. His house is immaculate yet feels comfortable. The outdoor patio and pool set-up provided our family a lot of fun together. Derek was helpful from the moment I connected with him to inquire of our stay, to arranging our reservation, meeting us for check-in and providing a simple check-out process. I would highly recommmend anyone to stay at Derek's place!

5 star accommodations for a fraction of the price!

I am just blown away by the host and this property. As a high-end portrait photographer for women and couples traveling the US for the last 15 years, I have to rent beautiful venues to use as a shooting space. Before private rental homes like these became widely available, I exclusively used luxury 5-star hotel suites. It is imperative I have beautiful backgrounds to use as sets for portraits so I have experienced my fair share of what you get for top dollar in the hotel industry. This place can easily compete with any 5-star luxury hotel penthouse suite I have rented. It is beautifully decorated, the lighting is dimmable and set above all the right accents in each room creating flattering warm light as bright or dim as you choose, the color palette is gorgeous and it is perfectly laid out so not an inch of the place is wasted space. Gorgeous smelling travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are neatly available in adorable vintage-inspired cases in the bathrooms. It can be really hit or miss with hosts and not knowing whether the pictures are accurate or if the amenities work (like the AC!) or if there will be security cameras all over the place (which I find really creepy and NO THANK YOU). There is a lot to stress about when you are using the rental to work as a photographer. Finding hosts that don't try to price gouge you because you disclosed your intent of use beforehand as a courtesy when most do not, is also an ongoing issue for small photography business owners like me who can't afford to pay more than what the venue is listed for online. Derek is an absolute dream host! He was so accomodating, friendly, and easy-going that he actually helped reduce stress completely unrelated to the rental. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the airport but not so close that you hear airport noise. It's close to shops and restaurant delivery was easy to find. We were able to enjoy the pool without worrying about prying eyes as the backyard is completely private. There are no two-story houses around to peer into the yard from which was a huge relief. We never get to enjoy homes that get cool enough for us but we found ourselves turning the AC off several times. The bedding was soft and themattresses and pillows sooooo comfortable. The hot water got hot and stayed hot which can also be an issue. Just stop looking, folks, Rent this property for whatever you're doing. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing!

Amazing property! Derek was responsive from the initial inquiry questions till check out. It is a quick ride from the airport, maybe 15 minutes. The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bedding and sitting areas indoors and out! Even can see the tops of the mountains from the yard. The pool heat was amazing, the fireplaces provided the best relaxing space in the evening. All the electronics for tv, music, along with wifi work great!

This home is a treasure. We walked in and felt right at home for the holidays. .

We came to Phoenix for the holidays and a bowl game and had an amazing time. The home is completely renovated, tastefully decorated and immaculate. It is updated with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The owner is nearby and attentive to your needs should you have any during your time here, but it seems that everything you could need has been anticipated. The outdoor area is amazing with two outdoor TVs, cooking island, sparkling pool and multiple fireplaces to enjoy. The weather didn't allow us to take full advantage of this but we did pay the fee to heat the pool and enjoyed it daily. The house is about 15 minutes from the airport (close to Hwy 51) and was convenient for all of our activities into Scottsdale and the surrounding areas. Everything from the mattresses to the towels and the kitchen appliances to the large televisions are all well above what you would normally find in a rental property. Details such as the custom closets in the master bedroom are a treat. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and we never saw a neighbor for 5 days - a very quiet neighborhood. Our group of 6 was more than comfortable in the 3 bedrooms with one added guest for a night sleeping on the comfortable sectional sofa. The dining room and living space was large enough for us to gather and the roll top door from the kitchen to the outdoor patio is a bonus for outdoor entertaining. If you're looking for a rental and this house is available - DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK IT. It won't be available for long!
