    * KITCHEN HAS BRAND NEW Kitchen Aide Stainless Steel Appliances have since been installed and do not reflect in the photos. Photos will be updated soon.

    * 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1 Car Garage

    * Thomasville, Pottery Barn, & Crate & Barrel furniture

    * 3 Newer Flat screen TV's, Cable w/ extended channels, wireless internet, Sony
    Stereo Surround Sound, New coffee maker, & gas fire place for the winter months.

    * Newer King Bed (moderate softness Beauty rest mattress....not hard, and not too
    soft) in Master & upgraded Twin beds for 2nd Bedroom, upgraded NEW sheets,
    NEW pillows, all mattresses & pillows have protector covers first then sheets,
    Stainless steel pots & pans, & high end wrought iron outdoor furniture to relax on
    the patio.

    * Truly a very comfortable home, and in the most ideal location in all of
    Scottsdale!

    * Mountain Views are much larger in person than the photo shows! It's the most
    relaxing and beautiful spot in all of Scottsdale! McDowell Mountain Ranch is a
    Luxury Master Planned Community with all of the amenities that you can
    desire.

    * The wrought iron patio chairs on the balcony make it a very relaxing setting for your
    morning coffee & reading on the patio.

    * Due to the HOA rules, only non-commercial regular length pick up trucks, length must fit in parking spot, only 5 days is allowed in guest parking with permission, No RV's, Boats, or any commercial advertised vehicles. A small to midsize SUV is ok, and parking in the garage is preferred.

    * This property is advertised on other sites, therefore not as many reviews are here. I have been renting this property on and off since 2010.

    * This is a strictly non-smoking persons property.

Very nice Condo.

We enjoyed our time at this Condo. Amber was very nice and easy to work with. We liked the location for everything we wanted to do. It was quiet with beautiful views. Will rent again.

Lovely condo and community

We are two older friends who very much enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the community pool and fitness facilities. Comfortable beds and lots of closet space. Two nice outdoor spaces to enjoy morning coffees and evening drinks. Would stay again!

North Scottsdale Vacation Rental

Great location close to shopping, restaurants and family. Easy access to the 101. Lots of activities and entertainment nearby. Well built newer condo with nice furnishings. There were plenty of dishes and towels. And, a dish washer and washer and dryer. We had a good vacation.

Great Stay, Comfortable, VERY Safe

House is as listed. I stayed for a couple of weeks and felt completely comfortable in the house and the neighborhood. Its centrally located, everything was about 15-20 mins away. Safety was my biggest concern as I was there alone certain times thoughout my stay. Very safe/very quiet/very comfortable.

The only thing not to like is leaving. Hassle-free check in, comfortable accommodations, quiet scenic setting, charming neighborhood, convenient location, hospitable host...it was everything i needed to enjoy the nicest time in Sdale! I wanted for NOTHING...other than to stay longer🔥

A GREAT stay in Scottsdale

Our stay at Amber's townhome was wonderful. Amber was very attentive, very responsive. The property was beautiful, very nicely decorated with everything needed to make our stay a pure JOY!! We hated to leave!!We would HIGHLY recommend this property and owner as our experience was top-notch! Thank you Amber, for having us at your lovely townhome.

Great place! Really clean and had everything we needed. There are some really good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Pool was really nice and everyone was very friendly and respectful. We’ve stayed in Scottsdale many times and this is far up on our list.

Wonderful property at the base of McDowell Mountains. Some of the best hiking trails in the area. Owner was great to work with. Already booked a trip back for 2 months in 2019.

This condo is definitely my temporary home from now on whenever I'm staying in the area. The unit is in good condition and clean. The location is perfect for me to access all activities in the valley (esp. hiking) and is a gem location. Amber, the owner, is a phone call away and always responsive and seems to take pride in keeping her condo in top condition. The pictures provided here of the unit are 100% accurate. Note that you park in the garage and walk upstairs to the unit, which is actually one of the reasons I like it. I'm a repeat, I stayed here last summer also and after checking out other properties I picked this one and am happy, I feel lucky to have found this one. I will always come back here.

Great North Scottsdale Condo

We recently rented this condo for the month of March and it was everything we hoped for; great location, beautiful décor and sparkling clean. The unit is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and other stores. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The views of the mountains from the balconies are spectacular. The condo is in close proximity to the heated pool and clubhouse. The owner was very easy to work with. She made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely it rent again.

Great Views, Close to Everything

Very comfortable condo in gated community with plenty of room close to hiking, golf, shopping, restaurants. Nice area to walk. Great views from both balconies. Amber was very responsive to questions / small issues. Pool and fitness center were nice and never crowded. Basha's grocery is within walking distance. We liked the Twisted Lizard for happy hour / dinner and great view on outside patio.

Thank you, Amber, for a beautiful and relaxing time at your wonderful property. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The house felt very comfortable and welcoming the moment we walked in. We spent much of our time at the pool, in the evenings. It was great... We would love to stay again in the future.

Enjoyable town home.

Great two bedroom luxury condo and Amber Crosby the owner is the perfect host. My wife and I stayed in this beautify town home from 1 April -1 Aug 16 and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We wanted a safe environment as my wife attended school in Scottsdale and this place was perfect. The town home is well maintained and have all the home amenities and more. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture were perfect. The two spacious balconies are a big plus and many a morning we enjoyed breakfast on the balconies. Everything you need for a great stay in Scottsdale is in this town home; large kitchen, large refrigerator, laundry room with new washer and dryer. The complex itself is clean, quiet, safe and nicely located in an upscale neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again

Quiet desert retreat

We stayed at this two bedroom condo in Scottsdale from January 30 until February 29, 2016. This was our first big retirement trip and escape from the midwest winters. The complex is very clean and quiet. The pool is heated and the workout room is a definite plus. We found ourselves just a five minute walk from trails into the foothills. So a car is not always needed, a definite plus. Thompson Peak Parkway provides easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and just about everything you would need. The location is perfect! The condo itself wakes you to mountain views everyday, and in Arizona, there isn't a bad morning. The condo is very spacious. On the second floor, you hear no one else. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends and both have balconies.the spaciousness is very hard to find. It also has a garage, which definitely is a security plus. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, plus there is a separate laundry room. The master bathroom also has double sinks. This was our perfect getaway. We had plenty of room in this condo and would recommend the location. We also found the neighbors to be very helpful and friendly.

Great home, great location...

What a great home to spend time with my family in over the holidays. This property is well appointed, cozy, and has great proximity to all that Scottsdale has to offer. The backdrop of the beautiful mountains was a big bonus! Amber is a great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
