A single key accesses all three areas and will be provided upon your arrival. 🎾

Feel free to enjoy the community outdoor grills! To use them, simply turn the dial near the base of the grill to start the propane, then use the ignitor button. High-quality BBQ utensils are provided inside the condo for your use. 🍔

The property may provide complimentary baby equipment, including a Pack ‘n Play and high chair, as a convenience only. Guests are responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and ensuring it is appropriate for their child. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of any baby equipment is at the guest’s own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for injuries resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to supervise children. Guests are responsible for determining whether provided equipment is suitable for their child’s age, weight, and developmental stage.

POOL & WATER SAFETY DISCLOSURE

This property features a private, unfenced swimming pool. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that use of the pool area is at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests are responsible for supervising all members of their party and any visitors.

For safety and maintenance reasons, guests may not adjust pool equipment, automation systems, timers, pumps, valves, fountain settings, lighting controls (other than designated light switches), or other pool-related mechanical systems. Tampering with pool equipment may result in damage, safety hazards, and additional charges.

Do not remove, disconnect, or interfere with pool cleaning equipment or safety devices.

Guests agree to immediately report any pool, equipment, or safety concerns to the host.

By using the pool and surrounding areas, guests assume all risks associated with swimming and water-related activities.

Outdoor Kitchen & Grill Safety Notice

The outdoor kitchen, grill, and related amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests assume responsibility for operating all outdoor cooking equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Outdoor Kitchen Rules

* Adult supervision is required whenever the grill or cooking equipment is in use.
* Children must be supervised at all times in the outdoor kitchen area.
* Never leave the grill unattended while in operation.
* Do not move, modify, disconnect, or tamper with gas lines, valves, regulators, or utility connections.
* Keep flammable materials away from all cooking surfaces and heat sources.
* Guests are responsible for ensuring all burners and controls are turned off after use.
* Report any malfunction, gas odor, damage, or safety concern immediately.
* Excessive grease buildup, intentional misuse, or damage caused by improper operation may result in additional charges.

Liability / Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that the use of grills, cooking equipment, hot surfaces, open flames, and outdoor appliances carries inherent risks including burns, fire, property damage, and personal injury. By using these amenities, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with such use and agree to supervise all members of their party accordingly.

Equipment Tampering

Guests shall not adjust, modify, disconnect, or tamper with any property systems, including gym equipment, pool equipment, irrigation controls, utility systems, outdoor kitchen gas connections, timers, valves, pumps, or other mechanical equipment. Guests may be held responsible for service calls, repairs, or damages resulting from unauthorized adjustments.

Fire Extinguisher Notice

A fire extinguisher is provided in the outdoor kitchen area. Guests should familiarize themselves with its location upon arrival and contact emergency services immediately in the event of a fire.
