I booked this because of the positive guest reviews and they were spot on. Great, clean, updated home in Grayhawk, which was a convenient central location for us. Jeff, the host even met us at the house upon check in to orient us, which was a nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked to cook with everything we needed and has Keurig coffee maker with frother. Laundry was great to wash hiking clothes (which meant less packing - we could travel light!) and was stocked w/detergent and dryer sheets. Host heated the jacuzzi for me for a nominal additional fee. The host offered to also heat the pool for an additional fee, however, we found the jacuzzi to be sufficient - but know that the host has the flexibility to heat one or both, depending on your needs. Jacuzzi was great for relaxing in the evening under the stars. Master bath had a nice, spacious shower with rain shower head. Close to Fry’s supermarket, Whole Foods. Isabella’s Kitchen is a fun restaurant nearby with outdoor patio and fire tables - good for families and couples. Convenient access to hiking trails, the 101 and Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter. Would stay again at this or any of Jeff’s other properties. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Nice back patio. Host was easy to contact and prompt with response. Great location for north Scottsdale. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails and short distance to many fun activities. House was a great setup for me and my elderly parents. My 20 year old kids loved to visit and play ping pong and pool. Highly recommend and I’d gladly stay here again!!

Wonderful home and location

This is a great property in a very desirable location in North Scottsdale. The home has been freshly renovated and all finishes and furnishings are high quality and comfortable. The pool/hot tub and backyard are very nice. Jeff was easy to work with and the introduction to the home at check in made me feel comfortable and immediately settled. If this property is available I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Fantastic Stay in Greyhawk – Perfect in Every Way!

Our stay at this Greyhawk property was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern decor, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that made our vacation truly memorable.The home was designed for relaxation and entertainment, with three big-screen TVs, a pool/ping pong table, and a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house provided easy access to extensive walking paths and a playground, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Our host was fantastic—pleasant, responsive, and took the time to give us a personal walkthrough, ensuring we knew how to use all the amenities.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing home and neighborhood

Loved our stay in every way! Immaculate, fluffy white towels, beautiful furniture, amazing hot tub/pool, we can‘t wait to go back! Wow! Best VRBO experience so far - wish all hosts were like Jeff and all homes were this nice and with every detail considered.

A perfect choice

My husband had back surgery at Mayo Clinic and we moved from the hospital to this home. It was the best. Very close to the hospital, all one level, wide open and not cluttered inside so he was able to use his walker easily. Kitchen had what we needed. Linens - both bedding and towels - were first class. Master bed was so comfortable. 3 large TV‘S - we did use them all!! Jeff, the host, was so responsive to any request or question. We had to keep changing our check in time because the surgery went longer than expected and he was very obliging. I highly recommend this property.

Grayhawk Home

Clean, comfortable home close to good restaurants and walking path. Jeff was a great host and very accommodating and quick to respond. The houses are a bit close in proximity to one another making it unavoidable to hear the neighbor’s phone conversations and pool parties when in the backyard.

Fabulous Final Four stay

This home is beautiful and had all the accommodations we needed to make our visit wonderful. From private pool and hot tub to the pool table and endless free movie choices we were able to enjoy spending time with family while attending the final four and championship games. The property was clean and the pictures were spot on. Jeff met us at the property to familiarize us with the house. He was incredibly responsive. The location is great and extremely walkable, love the trails and green space in the neighborhood.

Perfect Home with a great Host!

Great Home We can’t say enough great things about how the host helped our group. We originally rented a large home that had numerous problems. Jeff was able to accommodate us last minute with 3 beautiful homes just 2 blocks away from each other all in the community of Grayhawk in Scottsdale. The homes were very clean, had great beds and nice private backyards with private pools/jacuzzis. He also helped with restaurant, massage & transportation reservations. We hope to stay there again for future trips to the area.

Perfect house with great private pool

My family really enjoyed this brand new remodeled home. Everything was immaculate. Huge tvs plus a super nice pool table with ping pong top kept us busy for hours. The beds were brand new and made for great nights sleep. The host Jeff was super accommodating and made the process very easy. We hope to stay there again for our next visit.

Outstanding owner!

This home was everything we needed while staying in town for a family members medical treatments. Jeff was amazingly helpful getting us set up to rent this property as well as another of his right down the road. Both properties were beautiful. He was even close by when we were without the garage door opener and swung by and got us in. His friendliness and support made a very difficult time much easier. Thanks Jeff!

Desert Delight

The property is clean. modern, well-equipped, and near to great restaurants and a number of golf courses. This is the second property we have stayed in owned by this host and we have enjoyed our stay on both visits to Arizona.
