Outstanding stay that exceeded our expectations. The food and individual kid gift bags on arrival were above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the interior of the house was abundantly well appointed. A beautiful place we hated to leave!

Art and Sandy were awesome hosts! A guys trip of 7 for the WM Phoenix Open, to play for golf, to watch the Super Bowl, and to attend a Sun’s game. Upon our arrival, we got right into the house with the codes provided. As we walked through this very nice home, we say a personalized note in the kitchen. Art and Sandy had provided us with a Super Bowl snack basket, beer, and a football cake! Art arrived and took time to show us around the house and how the pool, speakers, and fire places worked. The inside layout of the home was amazing but the outside…WOW! The pool, putting green, hot tub, fireplace and fire table were the spot to be at the end of the day. We were able to eat dinner together outside or swim while watching the Super Bowl in 4K and the Olympics.The location was perfect for where we were going. 20-30 minutes to golf at Lookout Mountain and Quintero. Both beautiful courses as well as the PGA tourney and Sun’s game. 3.5 baths worked great for us as well as the sleeping arrangement. I shared the VERY large master bedroom with my 2 boys and everyone else got their own room. For what we need it was absolutely perfect!Thank you Art and Sandy for opening your home to us for our trip! We wish you weren’t moving back so we could rent again, but completely understand the desire.

Welcome baskets stocked of goodies was amazing! The hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids and adults. We traveled with 2 kids under 8 and this house was great! Beds were SUPER comfortable! We also loved the hiking 5 minutes from the house. Took both our boys and Mother in Law and had a great time. Proximity to things was great.

Everything was perfect from the moment we booked. The great length of details made our trip flawless. Arthur and Sandy created uniquely tailored experience for all adult guests but especially our children. The thoughtfulness was felt throughout the wonderful home they provided. There were numerous activities and experiences to fulfill everyone’s wishes.

This property was very nice, lots of room for large family gathering. House was very clean. Property manager was very responsive. Outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc was well maintained and everything working. House was well stocked! Only negative is noise ordinance. No noise after 9pm. We were elderly group so not problem for us.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home! The highlight for all of us was definitely the private pool and hot tub — the kids spent hours swimming while we relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free stay. We loved having a full kitchen, plenty of comfy beds, and family-friendly touches like games and pool toys. The location was quiet but still close to stores, restaurants, and fun activities. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Family Fun!

Great location! Great home! Great hosts! Our whole family loved all the fun things to do here…pools, putting, corn-hole, foosball, etc. The house was so comfortable…with everything you could ever need to feel at home…and yet on a vacation treated like royalty. Great location…Nice neighborhood…near hiking trails…near freeways for off site adventures.And we can’t say enough nice things about Sandy and Art. They made our stay extra-special with treats for the kids, delicious birthday cakes, the fruit-picker for the orange tree and quick responses to every question we had.

Art and Sandy were fantastic hosts, with great communication, and their home was amazing. The kids loved the "Fun Kits" and all of the amenities, especially the pool, hot tub and Pac Man! There was plenty of space for all 7 adults and 6 kids.

Great Getaway!

We were a party of 6 including our adult children and their spouses. We booked this property for the salt water pool, hot tub and the location. We were within walking distance of several mountain trails. We enjoyed our daily hikes and extended soaks in the hot tub. Art and Sandy make every effort to accommodate their guests. When we arrived they had food baskets for us, cold beverages in the refrigerator, and complimentary coffee. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed playing pool, foosball, mini golf and water volleyball. The surround sound made all of these activities even more enjoyable!We would book this property again. Thank you Art and Sandy!

Best VRBO experience ever!

Truly the best VRBO experience our family has ever had! Hosts were so welcoming, including Xmas decorations and gift bags for all 4 of our kids. This home had everything we needed- pool, spa, billiards, puzzles, big screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and complimentary snacks!!

Great property in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1 block walk to extensive trail network. The back yard with pool, hot tub, fireplace and seating areas were perfect. Sandy was the perfect host to this amazing house. The house is beautiful and we all felt like we were staying at a resort. Paradise!

Once again, Art and Sandy amazed us with their generosity, attention to detail, and care of their beautiful property! Our same group (10 gal pals over 65 years) stayed here in 2021, and it demanded a repeat visit. Nothing compares to this property - bedding, towels, dishware, cookware, host gifts, and the list goes on and on. We left only once, to go out to dinner; otherwise, our time was enjoyed at the house, the pool, and the outdoor area (Corn hole and putting green). Amazing and truly unforgettable experience! Don't miss out on the chance to stay at this impeccably maintained and hosted property!

A Dream Weekend

The property is lovely with so many amenities and lots of space. The swimming pool and spa were a big hit and clean. The managers were wonderful and very helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home, and will likely stay here again.
