GREAT FAMILY STAY IN SCOTTSDALE

TECHNOLOGY WAS GREAT, LIVING SPACE IS AWESOME. FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY: POOL, PUTTING PRACTICE AND POOL TABLE. HOWEVER, NO HOT WATER IN MASTER BATH SINKS, POOL HEATER DID NOT WORK THE LAST TWO DAYS, AND NEIGHBORS PARKED TWO CARS IN FRONT OF HOUSE THE ENTIRE STAY.

Excellent property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for 5 days while attending a wedding in town. The home is immaculate, the master bedroom and bath are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and pool table kept us busy during the downtime. Everything was top notch, communication and response from manager was excellent. If we are ever back in town we will stay here again.

Amazing VRBO

Eddies home was great. Very close to everything, lots of room in the home, loved the outdoor speakers and TVs all over the home. Not to mention how great the backyard was! The pool was a highlight of our trip. Would recommend to everyone!

Family Getaway

We had 3 couples in this property for a week. Each couple had their own full bathroom, house is great for entertaining including pool area. Our boys had great fun matches on the putting green. Eddie is super responsive. Clean home. Great place to enjoy a vacation. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect family escape!!!

This place was an awesome place for our sports watching (NCAA March Madness) family with teens on spring break who sometimes need their space. The Sonos audio/video set-up throughout the home was top notch—we never missed a moment of the sports action even from the pool or putting green. Our host was great and responsive. We would highly recommended this place!

Not as Advertised nor Worth the Price

This house is worn and in severe need of a makeover and update. Carpets are stained; bathrooms, kitchen cabinet and furniture are beat up, stained and dirty. Kitchen equipment needs replacement - there were only 3 wine glasses in a house which advertises for 10 people. One of the main bedrooms has no windows (!) Backyard is beautiful and well maintained. Overall, house has been staged for pictures but reality tells a different story.

Amazing Clean Home!

We stayed here for Barrett Jackson and it was amazing! It was only roughly 20 mins away and the house was very clean! The pool was very clean and perfect template for this weather! There was lots of room in the house for all of us and overall it was just a great home to stay in. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

I would stay here again. This home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It has good sleeping options, nice kitchen & eating space, a pool table, & the backyard, where we spent most of our time, was perfect. The location was good, with easy freeway access, & close to Oldtown. We had no issues with access, & our host was great!

Perfect for family vacation

Convenient location, easy keypad access, back yard has a beautiful pool and plenty of outdoor games, pool table provided lots of indoor fun, enjoyed a few movies with the multiple tv streaming services, kitchen has everything needed for the days we ate in, comfortable beds, appreciated a full bath for each bedroom - Village Grove is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Scottsdale area.

First impression.

Only going to focus on what is not been updated and needs it, in the rooms we used. There was only 2 of us. Front entry, the window and the ledge was dirty. First impression. Master bedroom, top mattress appeared to be smaller and the box spring and the box spring looked OLD. Master bedroom/closet, needs new carpet, it is filthy and was loose (ripples and is a tripping hazard). Master Bath rugs needs to be replaced, tripping hazard. They moved and not stay put. Master shower head has very little pressure and glass is spotted. Dishwasher smelled of mold and was wet, so guessing maybe the heat/sanitize cycle is never used or is broken. Coffee pot stained brown, ie never scrubbed? Pantry shelves needs maybe to be lined with paper to wiped down as they looked dirty. Visible fingerprints on kitchen cupboards. I found 2 opened packages of ground coffee to use in the pantry, guess I missed fresh coffee was not available. Bring bottled water as water/ice cubes tasted off from what we were used to. (were not from AZ). Did not use pool, but would be nice to have a handle to get in and out. To step down to the first step is maybe a good foot down. (have a bad knee) Will post pictures if the review will allow me to in the next step.

Perfect for our family!

The house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. We enjoyed the lovely back yard and refreshing pool during the 100-degree weather (sorry we didn't get to use the firepit due to the heat!) The location was great being in close proximity to many key attractions and restaurants. Really liked the open concept of the home and the A/V set-up. Eddie was a great host who promptly answered all our questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
