We had an awesome time here! Plenty of bed space, tons of bathrooms, lovely pool area and kitchen. Dave was very responsive and helpful. We very well might stay here again if and when we make it back to Scottsdale.

We recently stayed at this property for a guys’ golf trip — a group of men ranging from mid-40s to 75 years old. This was not a wild party group, just friends getting together to golf, relax, and enjoy the weekend.At check-in, the house manager informed us that any noise after 10pm could result in a 2,500 fine. While we respect house rules and quiet hours, this policy was emphasized only after booking, when the reservation was already non-refundable. That’s something future renters should be clearly aware of upfront.After a full day of golf, we came back to the house, used the pool and hot tub (which, unfortunately, were not as nice as the listing photos suggest), and were inside well before 10pm. A few of the guys went into the game room/garage to play pool. There was no loud music or speaker blasting — just conversation and a casual game of pool.At 10:05pm, a neighbor came onto the property shining a bright flashlight at us, yelling and using profanity. It was completely unexpected and honestly uncomfortable. Within minutes, the property manager texted warning that a 2,500 fine would be imposed if the police were called. This leads me to believe this may be an ongoing issue with the neighbor.I rarely write reviews, but I feel future guests — especially groups — should know what to expect. If you’re booking this home, understand that even normal conversation-level noise right around 10pm may lead to confrontation. Note “Queen beds” listed in living&Game r sofas

Great house in a quiet neighborhood- close to both Old Town and Tempe. Great setup inside and outside with lots of space to hang out and share time with family and friends. House well appointed and pics and descriptions on the mark. Would love to stay again.

The house is such a great layout! We had eight ladies and the 4 full bathrooms and extra half bath was so nice! The kitchen and living are so big and well laid out. We used the pool and the hot tub! The hot tub wasn’t working when we got there and the owner had the pool people out with in 24 hours and got it fixed and in the mean time sent us cookies for the inconvenience. Wonderful house and host! If you book here to are guaranteed to have a great stay! The house is in a great location too.

Great stay at the Old Town Scottsdale place. Easy to get to from the airport, only 10 to 15 minutes. Next, easy access to Talking Stick Resort if you want to gamble.Place was very clean and orderly. Directions were everywhere on how to operate - TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, fans, etc.The host was very responsive on questions that we had during the stay.We had 8 guys staying at the place and felt like there as plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy there time. Hidden gym of this place is the game room which is a nice place to hang out when the 10pm curfew hits.Would recommend to others to stay here.

Enjoyed a weekend with college girlfriends at this property. The house was clean and had a great set up for the group. Many enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Others wish we had stayed somewhere closer/more walkable - we used Waymo and scheduled Ubers to get to/from reservations and daytime activities. Communication with the host was easy and helpful!

Family Time Together

This property absolutely worked for our group! The bedrooms accommodated us nicely and the game room was awesome. The pool was delightful and was very well maintained with plenty of seating for everyone. David was an exceptional host and very accessible and accommodating.
