The condo is as described. Super quiet which we loved! We were able to check in early which was really appreciated. I don’t believe the pool was heated, as described. My biggest concern was lack of communication once we got in to the condo. We didn’t have a car and were specifically wanting to use the trolley that ‘stops out front of the condo’. That is inaccurate. You have to go to a bus stop (either to McDonald Dr or the opposite direction to San Miguel Ave). So we lost the first 2 days in over 100 temps being able to use that since I couldn’t get an answer on where to actually go. And they don’t run on the weekends. Also, the access to the canal trail is either McDonald Ave or San Miguel. There was no booklet in the condo telling you how to get to this. The overhead fan in the spare bedroom didn’t work. It kept shutting off and then just didn’t come on at all. It was as described and clean, but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication when I really needed it.

The highlight of the property is the responsiveness of the manager/owner. Any question or concern like figuring out how to work the T.V. remote were quickly answered. The unit is well maintained and stocked with the essentials. Water bottles in the frig, shampoo in both bathrooms, tennis racquets and balls and pool floats were provided. My wife and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the afternoons when the temperature was comfortable. Being a gated community provided the extra security to make us feel comfortable.

One of our favorite Scottsdale rentals that we’ve been to. I rode my bike on the nearby biking paths while my friend enjoyed the pool. Rental is well appointed and very quiet. Owner was responsive to the couple of questions we had. We will definitely book again.

Loved our trip

We were two lifelong friends who live in different states who try to have a “warm week getaway” every year. This year was a hit!The Luxury Property was as described and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the unit was just well cared for. We loved the deck in the evening with cocktails. The community was nice and quiet. Two pools were great. Our communication with Jamie was always great. She checked in with us on arrival. We did reached out to her with an AC issue; she responded quickly and had AC checked, serviced, and reset within hours as it was very loud, at night. Our only suggestion was maybe to have a book with how things worked and suggested restaurants and activities for guests, but we googled and enjoyed our stay! Thank you again Jamie for your service and attention.

Quiet getaway

We found the condo as described, clean and well stocked with amenities. Condo location was great and close to everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean not crowded during our stay. Gated complex with carport was nice. Host was very accommodating with great communication. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday celebration

We wanted a short break from the Seattle weather and chose the Scottsdale area. We are fortunate to have found this condo. Great location with the canal within walking distance, two pools and quiet peaceful surroundings. Jamie was great! Very professional and knowledgeable about the Scottsdale area.

Exceeded expectations

This was a great property. Very comfortable and well decorated. Felt like home! We enjoyed tennis and the workout room on rainy or cooler days. Property has 2 swimming pools to choose from. Great location too!

Condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and extremely well-appointed. High end appliances (everything is great working order) and some thoughtful provisions were very much appreciated. Host was very attentive. Wonderful replenishing visit

Good location for Scottsdale close to zoo, botanical gardens, restaurants and oldtown Scottsdale. Pool was heated and neighbors were polite and welcoming. If Scottsdale is your destination this is wonderful choice for being close to hotels, bars and restaurants.

Just what we needed getaway spot

Terrific spot for a week away. The place was just as the photos suggest, the host was super responsive and friendly, and it was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the Canal Trail with miles of trail made for great morning walks everyday. Recommend Renegade Coffee about a mile down the road as well! Thanks!

Perfect Scottsdale location

My daughter, grandson and myself had a wonderful stay at this clean well appointed condo. There was an abundance of everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf Trip

Villa Antigua was spacious, quiet, close to Old Town Scottsdale and all it has to offer. We were within close proximity to many golf courses and hiking. It sits on the canal for miles of walking and bike riding. The pool was refreshing and the whole the gym is a bit outdated, we found it had what we needed to get a lift in. A very relaxed place to be.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I spent a weekend at this amazing condo. We had an amazing time, place was perfect, the pool was relaxing and the host was very responsive. Location was excellent and could walk to everything. Will absolutely come back!

A week with friends

The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping. Jamie the host is great to work with and gave us great restaurant ideas, and was willing to give us ideas of things to see or do. I would recommend this condo.
