Great House

Great property for a large group

The property was everything we were hoping for. The backyard was amazing. Lots of space in the house to hangout with a big group. Would definitely stay here again.

How was great for our entire family

There was plenty of room for our large group. The pool was perfect temperature. The two rooms outside were also perfect.

Terrific Place

Outstanding property with every amenity exactly as shown. I rent A LOT of vacation properties but this one is something special. If you have a family or group needing room to move plus a pool etc, this is the spot. Very very nice Nd “as advertisex !!

Perfect House

This house was perfect for what we needed, was clean and comfortable, the management company was very responsive, we had an issue with the AC in the main living room area not cooling down or keeping up with the heat, they sent out someone to check the unit and seemed to be fine but other than that we loved the property. Would definitely book again!

It has everything what we needed to entertain kids and adults. The hosts were super sweet and have everything ready when we got there. They were very responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our stay as well. If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is a go to place. I would highly recommend this property all my friends and family.

Fabulous Stay

There were 15 of us- 10 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. We were incredibly happy with the stay! The outside area was perfect to keep the kids entertained and let the adults relax. The 2 casitas out by the pool were great for the 2 sets of grandparents to have some space to themselves. We were all impressed with the comfort of the beds, and the plethora of pool and bath towels. The location was centralized for what we were wanting to do while in AZ- spring training, museum, Old Town Scottsdale, etc. There were many fast food places and restaurants within a few miles.The host was helpful and responsive. We had a lot of questions from the beginning of the booking through check-out, and our questions were always answered quickly and professionally. We are already discussing a repeat stay next year!

Everything is exactly as posted online. I enjoyed celebrating my 40th birthday with my loved ones. Everyone loved this beautiful property. We felt like we had our own private resort. Thank you for the cupcakes I truly enjoyed it was definitely a surprise. This property has everything one could think one. The communication was top tier. It was hot in the living room area but we used the fans provided which did help. My suggestions would be to add at least one full sized mirror in the house and to add a stopper in for shower in the master bathroom.

Not ready for large groups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host was late to meet me. The sink smelled and had to be cleared. The ac broke multiple times. When the ac was running it was still hot with 18 people in the house.

Beware of help from Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was pretty, so much lack of communication between maintenance and the house management. Each blamed each other for the pool problems or us. NO welcome manual so good luck figuring things out. Switches were backwards, hot and cold on the faucets were backwards. One shower did not produce hot water . We had to help the crew with electrical outlets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a fantastic stay. There was plenty of room for all 12 of our guests and bathrooms for all. The pool was amazing and having floats was a nice touch (although one had a hole in it). There were plenty of plates to eat on but a few essentials were missing if cooking for a big crowd. There were a lot of pots but only one small frying pan, also only one hot pad, and no rubber spatulas. We enjoy the fact of saving money by fixing meals and missed those items. The property was really clean and the mattresses were comfortable. My whole family felt the pillows were way too thick. But maybe that is a preference. One other issue to be aware of that did not effect our stay, one of the master sinks would not drain. This was many of our first times to stay in an airbnb and we loved it!! Thank you for a fun time.
