BOOK NOW!!!! If this property popped up as available for your search, book it! You wont regret it. I was beyond impressed and so thankful for booking this property with Ginny and Joe! I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 🥰 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts!

My family if 6, 4 adults and two grandchildren came to AZ to visit Great Grandma. This place was 25 min from her so we chose it and also because it could accommodate all of us and it was geared towards the kids also. And it worked out perfectly. Plenty of clean living space and bedrooms for us all. The kids loved the pool, ping ball machines and paddle boats. We adults loved the view of the beautiful water, the quietness, the large dinner tables and spaciousness. It was a wonderful place for all of us. We would return

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The house itself was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.The host added many thoughtful welcome touches, including a welcome sign and a snack basket, which made the stay feel extra special. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had every appliance you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel at home.We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and spending time by the pool—it was a perfect place to unwind. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow.Overall, a 10 star experience. We will definitely be back!

This house has everything you could ask for!! Our family had a great time swimming, fishing, playing games and watching movies. We could get anywhere we wanted to go within 30 minutes. And the view of both the lake and mountains is beautiful! The hosts are awesome and get right back to you when needed. We will stay here again!

Wow! We were TOTALLY impressed with this home!It had everything you could possibly want on a stay for a family - a pool and hot tub with a beautiful lake view, an array of outdoor and indoor sitting areas with a view, games for kids AND adults (Pinball machines,foosball, basketball, 4 bikes, and much more), every small appliance possible ( all looked brand new), very comfortable furniture and beds, etc, etc, etc!!!!Just my wife and I were there for a fantastic week and we loved every bit of time (to be truthful it wasn’t enough time)! Thanks to our hosts Joe & Virginia for making this vacation one of a kind!

Very easy, great communication. And fabulous directions to operate anything in the house, makes it stressless!Beautiful location and a beautiful home. Easily accommodating our group of 8. And the 3 pinball machines were enjoyed. If I need to rent in the area again I will definitely book this place if it is available.

We've enjoyed the Time of Our Lives at Virginia & Joe's Incredible Oasis on Arrowhead Lake! It is a beautiful community setting in a very convenient location, with direct lake access for fishing, kayaking and pedal boats. The wonderful warm swimming pool and hot tub, right next to the dock, allowed for everyone to enjoy our time outdoors. We caught fish after fish after fish using the frozen hot dogs for bait, at least 15 each day. From Pumpkin Seed fish, lots of large Bass and even a Big Catfish, everyone enjoyed it. The old school arcade games inside were great entertainment, along with the pop-a-shot and foosball table. They have a game table, loads of board games, books for the avid readers, a collection of DVR's that rivals Blockbuster Days (including 3D!), and so much more. If that wasn't enough, we were thrilled to find every single comfort of home available and ready for us to use and enjoy. This incredible attention to detail really came in handy for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. From spices to pots and pans to containers for left overs, we had every last thing we could have possibly needed for it to be a Perfect Weekend for all! That is exactly what it was. Even the bathrooms were stocked with extra home-like amenities. The swim towels were the comfy, cozy thick kind. There was a gas fireplace with a remote. The thermostat was easily adjustable. Great home layout. We are very grateful we made Incredible Memories that will last a lifetime! Highly recommend!

This home truly does have everything you desire and more. Absolutely stunning home. New number 1 favorite of ours when we come to Phoenix. The value of the rental was much lower than we anticipated it to be. The fishing off the dock was incredible. I caught a few 5lb Largemouth bass. The views, neighborhood are aboveboard. Great hosts. Thanks for the best stay ever!

Everything was perfect! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want and more. The house is conveniently located just off the I-17 freeway so it's easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area but the neighborhood is so quiet you would never know. Beautiful neighborhood, host is welcoming and responsive, house was just as advertised. The peddle boats and pinball machines were a hoot!

A Beautiful Setting

The ease and comfort of communicating with the owners was wonderful. Beautiful location! The fishing was non stop, paddle boats, and even 5 turtles! We did 4 baseball games in 8 days. Amazing winter getaway

We had a such an incredible time staying at the lake house. Upon arrival we were impressed with how clean and organized the home was. Everything was clearly explained and labeled. There was something for everyone in our party from our youngest child (age 10) to my mother. We all loved the beautiful view, playing pinball, swimming, paddle boating and fishing. Our son caught sooo many fish. The easy access to the hiking trails at thunderbird conservation park were a big plus as well. Virginia and Joe were so nice to work with answering any questions we had quickly. We are all looking forward to our next stay!

A property and host

A property is only as good as the host and Virginia and Joe are among the best. Their offering exceeds the high expectations set by their listing and my family was pleasantly surprised to find something special about it for each of them. This is one of those gems out there that you shouldn’t pass up on.

Fantastic

This property was perfect for our family of 5 with adult children. The « kids » enjoyed the pedal boats and the bikes and we all enjoyed hiking the very nearby trails and then relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We were very happy that the pool and hot tub were fully heated and 100% functional upon our arrival.

Hands down BEST rental!

We have stayed at many rental places and this one was hands-down one of our favorite yet. We had a very early morning to the airport and the first thing we walked into was a personalized welcome sign with snacks (life saver). The place was very clean and had everything we needed from tons of games, huge movie library, heated pool, hot tub, paddling boats, and fishing (which we caught a ton). We spent lots of time in the back yard and the property managers were a joy to communicate with. They helped us with everything in such a timely manner and so easy to work with. Also easy location to drive and do other things. We would definitely stay here again and LOVE every moment of it!!!

AMAZING!! A+++ Property

This is such an AMAZING property! There was nothing we needed during our week stay there that wasn't already provided. It's even more amazing in person then the pictures! The house is huge - and very beautiful and clean, stocked with everything! The pool/hot tub/boats/fishing were GREAT! The owners responded instantly to any messages sent to them. I could not have asked for a better week. I can't wait to go back again as we are already planning our next trip!
