The condo was great, very clean. This was the best stocked rental I have stayed at. The host gives you starter toiletries. There were also other stocked items in the pantry and laundry room, and lots of hangers in the closet, games, books to read and fishing poles which we did not get a chance to use. Nice little lake to walk around. The screened in porch was great. Definitely recommend staying here. We did not have any issues.

We loved the balcony and view! It was wonderful to sit out on the patio in the morning and have my coffee! The couches and all furniture was so comfortable. This was a perfect condo in a nice community! We stayed a couple of days before flying out of PSH following a trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was very clean and spacious for two couples. Everything lived up to the pictures in the listing. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing the ducks. The pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. The covered parking was appreciated. Thanks very much Sheri and Gary for a great stay!

Excellent stay with lakeside view

Two sibs and I stayed here for two nights for my cousin’s final services and celebration of life. Everything was perfect. The lake view offered a soothing view and a place to relax after emotional ups and downs. Also, everything was well-appointed. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with all the tools needed, nice dishes and cutlery. Also, everything was quiet and private. We did use the pool and hot tub. The pool needed skimming. My brother skimmed it and it was a nice way to end the day. Thanks to our hosts who were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate property! Very clean and well stocked with extra towels, linen and pillows. There were even supplies available to assist us during our stay including family board games to play! The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful! The neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the property manager was spot on! We had all our information and instructions prior to our arrival so we knew what to expect. Overall this is the best property we have ever stayed in and recommend it highly! We will be back!

Pleasant and safe

My nephew and I travel every year together to somewhere warm, and this time it was to Phoenix. It was a partial working / fun trip. I chose this condo because it was the right price, was of good quality and offered the right amenities. The condo turned out to be as expected. It was clean, nicely decorated and included an assortment of kitchen foods and items that made it easy to eat a couple of meals inhouse. The wifi worked really well and the pool was nice. The bonus to the location was the scenic walkway around the lake only for the residents which was just under a mile long. The residents were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for us. The condo was well stocked with necessities and the grounds maintained above average. We loved the central location which gave us access to all of the hiking and tours we were interested in. Beautiful condo with a great lake view. This is the first VRBO we’ve stayed in that had the easiest remote control for the TV. Nicely decorated with wonderful furniture and furnishings. Highly recommend this property. The owners were super responsive with any questions we had.
