Had a great time staying here. House is in a nice, safe neighborhood and check-in was very easy. My kid had a great time crawling around after golf balls on the backyard putting green. The house also has cable TV included.

Dirty and took a couple of weeks for the cleaner to come back. Very run down. Front windows , so dirty couldn’t see out. Trimmed palms and didn’t pick up bark for a month. VERY staged pictures on web site.

Great Owner - Poor Cleanliness Conditions

I do commend the owner for being very communicatitive and responsive to the specific item we mentioned upon check-in. However, the place is severely unclean with dust caked everywhere from the floors to the air intake filter, which looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. The poor cleanliness conditions were a significant detractor I would highly recommend that Paul hire a different cleaning company (if this is how he manages this property) because the current service he's receiving doesn't properly sanitize the place. Some examples we experienced included: nasty floors that ruin light colored socks (shoes are a must in this house), dog poop in the yard (previous guests it seemed), mold in washer (would not recommend cleaning clothes here, I did clean what I could out), furniture is highly stained and would kick up dust if you sat down on it (caution to those with breathing sensitivities), air quality in the home was abysmal (we mentioned this to Paul and to his credit he immediately replaced it). Most water sources had broken faucets and evidence of more mold (i.e. drains in tubs, broken faucet handles) This place has potential for sure, and the host seems very respectable, though may need to seriously review his management of his vendors and home.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family, it had everything you need, and the house was clean. We had an issue with one of the showers and the host sent maintenance within 30min to fix it, great customer service! I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Don’t believe the photos

At first glance we thought the place was ok but it’s falling apart. Shower didn’t work properly, smoke alarms were not working, microwave not working properly. Paul and Kaitlin were very good about responding but I’m not going to spend my entire vacation asking for repairs. Mattress is worn out. Couch and patio furniture are dirty and stained and worn out. Pool leveler failed and nearly overflowed. Felt like whatever we tried would break. Lights out in bathroom, sliding door tracks are so dirty hard to open the screens which are also falling apart and dirty. My list goes on.

Arizona get away

We had a great time, the house was in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores and great shopping. We were within a short drive if some great hiking trails. I would definitely rent this place again.
