Excellent house!

Stayed with our family for two weeks…have stayed at quite a few vrbos over the years…great location close to everything…nice and safe clean neighborhood…house was very clean and the owner was so quick to respond to any messages just great to deal with…would defiantly stay again!

Gorgeous Scottsdale Home!

The home has everything you want for an AZ vacation! Pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, plenty of space! The home is incredibly clean & stocked with kitchen supplies, outdoor games & pool floats. The neighborhood is beautiful. The owner was amazing! Very friendly & helpful before & during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

A great stay for our family

Great property and location. The owner responded very quickly to all to all questions and needs. We found the pool was heated to a very usable temp during our stay in early February and without issue during the entire stay.

Wonderful Scottsdale Vacation

Spent a wonderful week in Scottsdale. This house was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, did lots of cooking. Backyard was a paradise, we really enjoyed the hot tub. Ideal location, close to restaurants and mall. John was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Great Stay, location and house

Overall - the experience was great. Home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to Kierland and other attractions - short drive to Old Town (20min) and hiking not far. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great rental

We had a great stay in Paradise Valley. The home was just as described, very comfortable and conveniently located. We were a party of two adults. This house is perfect for a larger group including kids. The property manager was great at communicating and accommodating a request we had.

Spring Break

This was a great VRBO for our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale. We have two teenage boys and the 3 BR house with 2 1/2 baths were perfect for our family. The house has all the amenities that you would want; pool, hot-tub, bocce ball, grill, fire-pit, outdoor dining, etc. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or congregate together. This VRBO is stocked with everyday necessities; soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The house is very clean and well equipped. The location of the house was great as well. We were never more than 30 minutes from what we wanted to do (with the exception of a day trip to the Grand Canyon); shopping, hiking, dining, TopGolf, downtown PHX. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone in need of one in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Thanks again to our hosts...they were great!

Outstanding

We spent 6 weeks at this fantastic property. The location is ideal. It’s close to everything you want to do. The yard was our own personal resort. Heaters, outdoor tables, fire pit, seating, lounge chairs, Bocci ball, basketball in the pool and pool noodles. We did not want to leave. The home is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly want. And the house was cleaned to perfection. The owners are highly responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Excellent home away from home

This was our second time staying at this property. Since staying there a few years ago the owners totally upgraded the back yard with a pool, grill area, heater, hot tub and fire pit for the cool evenings. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo like shaded area for relaxing and eating, and there was a game area for putting, bowling and other yard games. We spent a lot of time in the backyard and just taking walks in the pretty neighborhood. The location was great for shopping and John, the owner responded immediately to any issues we had. We hope to come back again.

Spring Training / Family Vacation

My 13 day stay felt more like house sitting than a rental. This property is so well stocked it truly feels like home. From laundry detergent to zip lock bags and Tupperware like storage containers and coffee filters, you do not have to buy all the basics before you move in. This property is first class from the bed linens to the pots and pans and the pillows are not only plentiful but high quality. We had several meals by the pool and enjoyed the amazing back yard area every day. My adult children recommended that we get it again for next year, and I am definitely looking forward to returning.

Kimberly and John made sure everything was taken care of before during and after our stay. Their communication was clear and very hospitable. The house itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were so cozy and the house itself was extremely comfortable and functional. The backyard was perfect for pool time with ample shade. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. This was a 5 star experience and rental in every way. Thanks for a great stay!! Would love to go back!

We stayed at the Monte Cristo home for 4 days during Spring Break. It was fantastic. Everything was very clean and located in a great area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We plan on staying in this home again on our next trip to Scottsdale AZ.

Great Spot!

My husband and I rented this house for our family vacation this year. It was perfect for our little family. We mostly ate out but the kitchen was nicely appointed if you like to cook in. The lay out is compact yet provided privacy for all. Everyone enjoyed the nicely heated pool and hot tub. Most importantly, the owners were super easy to work with! They were very communicative, flexible, and quick to respond. We had two minor issues at the house during our stay and John took care of it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend staying in any of their properties!
