Would definitely stay here again. Host responded quickly to the few inquiries we had. Directions (gate codes, check in/out procedures) were clear and accurate. Condo was clean and well appointed…1 mile to great shopping/restaurants—an easy and beautiful walk. Pool and Hot tub was as advertised. The Westin Kierland next door is a beautiful place to grab coffee in the morning.2 suggestions - would be nice to add a working desk somewhere. This was a working trip and I worked from the kitchen table, which was fine, but a desk would have been ideal. Also, the kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors could use some inexpensive bumpers. They seemed to “slam” even when closed gently…an easy fix.

Both toilets and countertops in bathrooms were too low. Too many stairs getting to the unit. Especially for seniors. No view.

Nice area

Furniture is well worn and linens were not good.Excellant location pool is small but very nice.Grounds are beautiful.Sinks were very low in bathrooms.Kitchen was good dishes were dirty upon arrival.Price was right

Good location but...

This was a nicely laid-out place in a gated community with good amenities like pool & grill, and we liked the proximity to Kierland Commons. We enjoyed some free golf that came with the unit. Unfortunately, the floors were filthy from day 1, and our socks and shoes were black just walking inside the unit. There was zero cleaning supplies available other than glass cleaner. There was a mop and bucket, but no detergent. The vacuum was useless, and basically a weak dust buster on a stick. We were there 10 days and I was not going to buy cleaning supplies or mop floors on vacation. Also the dryer did not shut off automatically so you had to set a timer to remember to shut it off.The kitchen was also poorly equipped. We had to wash spoons every day because there were only a few. There was no colander, and the few frying pans and cookie sheets were in bad shape (and sticky). Both the fridge and sink water filters need to be changed (as shown on fridge alert) and the filtered water in the sink tasted and smelled bad. We ended up just using tap water.The spare blankets in the closet were filthy and I had to wash them (again with the chores on vacation!) The throw pillow shed hairs all over the place and the dust buster vac could not pick them up. Note if you have elderly visitors or have problems climbing stairs, I would not recommend this unit. We were fine but had to arrange to meet elderly family members elsewhere.

Scottsdale Golf vacation

Condo was extremely clean, garage was an additional plus, development location was close to everything, pool and hot tub were great, however No TV in 2nd bedroom (not good) and absolutely no views of the Arizona landscape or golf course, patio is overlooking the street.

Great Location

Our week long stay was in June 2024 and we really appreciated the quietness of the unit and the quick walk to the pool. Every thing we needed was there and we slept well. Hubby played and enjoyed the free golf at Starfire which is 15 minutes from the unit. My only request to the cleaners is that the tile floors are in need of a deep scrubbing clean. Our feet turned black just walking around. Thanks for hosting us!

Clean and bright condo in great location

The condo was well appointed with fully functioning kitchen and great location near excellent restaurants. Easy access to other attractions: Musical Instrument Museum, the Botanical Garden and the Heard Museum (all must see attractions). We recommend this condo without reservation. Thanks, Judith

Great location, not so great unit.

We have stayed at Kierland Greens numerous times in different units. They have all been wonderful. This unit however was not. Very dingy and dirty. Beat up decor looks like it was bought at a yard sale. Unit smells. Communication with manager was very prompt and you can’t beat the location. Just find a different unit.

Love the sunshine!!

Lovely condo, great location, great pool. We were fortunate to have selected this condo as there were many choices. Came here to visit family but we wanted to stay by ourselves. We love the vibe of Scottsdale. Loved all the restaurants. Very happy with our stay.

Cozy two bedroom condo in Scottsdale!

Very nice 2 bedroom condo. All the needed amenities for a vacation trip. Close to shopping and restaurants yet private and quiet. Convenient garage below is a bonus! Will stay here again on our next visit!

Feel like home

Perfect location, gated community, feel very safe. Everything inside the house is in perfect condition, we’ll definitely come again. The rental comes with some freebies on green fee for a 18-holes golf course, aquarium, make sure you check it out.

Excellent location. Close to everything you would need. Secure property and great pool. Excellent roomy condo. FYI. only drawback, but not for us, is the main condo is on the second level about a wonderful garage. If you have heavy luggage you will need to take it up a flight of stairs. Condo was well equipped.
