  • Come stay in this beautiful condo in the popular Frank's on Shea community. With a double main bedroom layout, it is perfect for a couple or a small group. Comfortable and nicely decorated, enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the couch in the living room or enjoying the scenery out on the private and furnished patio. Feel like you are out of the city in this quiet community where you will have access to the clubhouse with a fitness center, pool table, and sauna! Spend a gorgeous Arizona day at the shared pool and hot tub.

    You will be within walking distance to almost everything you could want to eat, drink or do! Visit the high-end shops and restaurants at nearby Gainey Ranch or Kierland Commons. Pack your clubs to play the holes at the beautiful Ancala County Club, one mile and a half away. This is also a great location for hikers & bikers! You will find multiple trailheads all within 15 minutes from your door. Head five and a half miles southwest to the OdySea Aquarium. Even though it's far, the Grand Canyon National Park is worth the visit! Located three hours and a half north, you can't miss this breathtaking formation considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

    THINGS TO KNOW
    •Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
    The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
    In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. Great location - perfect amenities

Great location with not a lot of traffic. Many options for food in the immediate area. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again when returning to the area.

Loved my time at Sahuaro Villa!

My family and I stayed for a month while we were transitioning to a new home from the Midwest. The unit we stayed at was clean and very comfortable, and the amenities (outdoor grill, swimming pool) were very nice. I would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay

The VRBO was easy to find and was very nice. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a really short walk away. Overall, a really good stay. I would recommend to others.

The kitchen was much better equipped than I expected with nice cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Plenty of towels, blankets, and throws. I would stay again!

Hi, We really liked the accommodations! We sayed there for 2 weeks in November and we had a great time! The quailty of the apartement is good by our standard, and also clean and well equipped! Aslo the booking service, with mail and SMS when we arrived was very good. I can definitely recommend it .

quiet good location

Great home with lots of space for 2 couples. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and rooms. Pool was very quiet and we spent several hours per day there with no crowding. Was within walking distance of a few restaurants too which was convenient. Also close to drive to lots of tourist spots and hikes.

It was very nice. I would have given it 5 stars but the screen on the bedroom off the dining room was broken and the vertical shades were disarray and did not close uniformly. But the Villa was clean and comfortable .

Scottsdale was wonderful

The condo was beautiful having two full bathrooms with two girls helps. The best part of the trip is doing the wash before we leave and packing up clean clothes in the suitcase to be put away when we get home tomorrow. Thank you for the opportunity we’d love to come back. People are very friendly here in your community of the condos.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable

I loved the condo. It was clean. I had a few simple issues ie the hot tub not being hot at 10pm. The response and resolution were immediate. I felt like I had a home away from home but with an amazing pool. I would go here again anytime.

The condo complex is very nice. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. The grounds are very well kept. The location is close to the bike trail, a park with pickleball courts and several restaurants.That being said, the unit we stayed in wasn’t clean. We had to vacuum and mop the floors when we got there. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. We had to clean out the pantry cabinets in order to have a place for our food. The windows and screens and the patio were filthy. Although the furniture looked nice, it was very uncomfortable and the bed in the master was also uncomfortable. And there was no cable. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Good place for the price and location

Overall this is a nice place. It is a good location for North Scottsdale. Reasonably priced for no frills. It would help if there were better details about the location of the condo in the complex. Took awhile to find it. Better clear direction on the parking also. One of the better beds I have had at a VRBO property. Had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Not sure what the deal is with the blinds is. Didn’t feel like they created much privacy at night and didn’t block out much of the morning light. Great ceiling fans in each room. Made the air flow well. Couldn’t figure out why the lights on them would randomly come on at different times day and night. Like I said, overall this property worked for us. If I had to stay in this area again, I would probably go ahead and stay here mostly for the price.

Water issues

Water main broke while we were at the property. No ones fault. But after I informed the property manager I received one call to find out if there was still an issue. I was surprised I was the one to tell him about the water main. We went from 8 am to 3 am with no water. There are far worse things in the world than going a day without running water but there was no offer to find us a place to shower or even offer a pack of bottled water. When I mentioned I had paid to be able to shower and cook at this site not to mention wash my hands after using the bathroom. No communication other than I’m sure the water will be on soon. Very dissatisfied with the handling of the situation.

A little disappointing but okay overall

We liked the area. Within walking distance of a couple good restaurants, a good bakery and coffee shop. The space was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was appreciated. However, we weren't thrilled with the feel of the place because it felt a bit more like apartments than a condo. We could have been okay with that (after all it's more personal preference), but it was almost like no one was expecting us. The was a large box on the kitchen table with a new light fixture and some lightbulbs. Looked like someone was going to replace the light fixture but forgot. The thermostat was set to heat and it couldn't be controlled on site so we had to call management and they eventually figured out that it was controlled by wifi and someone's app. So they changed it from heat to cool. Even then, it was goofy because it was comfortable at night and then cold in the morning until the place warmed up on it's own (since we couldn't change it back to heat). Also, this was a 2 bedroom condo but although there were a number of pillows, there were only 2 pillowcases in the entire place. Probably the worst part was how uncomfortable the furniture was, particularly the beds, which consisted of a cheap, hard mattress sitting on a metal frame. I think we slept ok the first night because we were so exhausted from travel but the second night was awful and we both woke up with terrible back and hip pain. We actually had to go purchase a thick memory foam topper, which we had to leave behind when we left. It made a huge difference and if you decide to try this place, I hope it's still there for you to use!
