Incredible house, incredible location and awesome hosts! The backyard is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Been traveling to and renting houses in the North Scottsdale area for over a decade and this is by far our favorite! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood near Kierland, which was incredibly convenient. The house was very clean and well maintained. It does show a little normal wear consistent with the age of the home, but everything was exactly as expected and comfortable. The backyard was absolutely incredible — even better in person. And the spa was hands down the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of using.Chris is truly an amazing host, one of the best we’ve ever experienced. He was responsive, helpful, and just a quick call away if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great house for the kids!

Thank you to Chris for an amazing week! Our 4 kids had a great time. Love the Sonos and the pool area was amazing! Resort quality backyard and pool / hot tub were top notch. A lot of thought into little details. Great communication up to and during our stay as needed. The option of the rental car was extremely convenient. Accommodating to all ages/vacation purposes. Highly recommend!

Phoenix Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The gated pool was perfect for our grandkids and a great yard too! Excellent to know the kids were safe in the yard while we were preparing meals and then pool time with the family! Very comfortable house and also great bbq area. Some items needed a little TLC but overall the house was perfect for our family ranging in age from 3 to 63. Also, the host was excellent and responded quickly when I had questions. I would recommend the house to friends and family and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great location!

This house has all the necessary amenities. Property is clean and in a fantastic location with easy access to Kierland (via car). Loved waking up in the morning and picking fresh oranges off of the tree in the backyard. There were three adults in my party and everyone slept very well! The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet location. Sadly, the weather did not cooperate for us to use the lovely pool. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Scottsdale.

Awesomeness

This was the perfect place for me and my family. Our son is handicap and needed plenty of room and this rental had it all. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is way better in person. Chris went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible for us coming and going. Thank you for a very comfortable beautiful stay. We will 1000% come stay here again. We will tell everyone about it too. God bless!

Great Stay

My husband and I had a great stay. Chris was extremely responsive, the house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we get back to the area. Thanks Chris!

Exceeded all expectations!

My wife and I had never rented a house before this stay. We and our two college-aged children enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Great Stay!

This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood that is close to just about anything you need in Scottsdale. Chris was prompt in his communication, very courteous and accommodating. I can't imagine that VRBO has a better host than him.

Decent place

Neighbors (3) have dogs that like to bark between 7 am and 10 am. FYI. Management company /owner were easy and helpful to deal with. Just cant do much with the neighbors.

Great house with everything you need

This house is perfect. Great location near golf, many excellent dining choices and shopping. Looks like it was updated fairly recently. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great central location

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was a good layout for our family of 4. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to take advantage of the pool. The primary bedroom bathroom suite and shower were very nice and all beds were very comfortable. Only feedback for host is that you could make living room and area off kitchen a little more relaxing for larger groups with more couch and less chairs. Thanks! Joe

Anniversary Trip - New area to explore

We enjoyed our stay and felt the home had plenty of finishings for us. The pool made for a great place to enjoy the sun, however the heater never seemed to turn on as we explored the unit to see what might have been going on. Temp for pool was around 79-81 roughly, so still rather chilly. All the nice TVs were a plus as we loved being able to turn on sports or a show to watch during our stay. Location seemed very safe & was close to so many things in the area! The only issues we had were: -Pool being heated -The booklet did not have the password for the IPad to run the home sound system (was provided after we requested) -Needles were found in the master bathroom to which were not from us and reported it to the property manager We would definitely look at renting or suggesting the property again in the future!

Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Paradise Valley Village...actually we extended by a day (which was super easy to do)! Our boys loved the pool, separate (very comfortable) bedrooms and the foosball table. The house is decorated for golf fans which my husband loved. We had a little hiccup getting into the house. Our code wasn't working and we couldn't get a hold of the property management company for about an hour. Once we were in, all was beautifully set for us! One note to the owners - the house is lovely, decorations gorgeous but the formal living room doesn't feel comfortable to hang out in, especially with kids. Not a deterrent to staying at the house at all but the house could use a cozier communal set up for lounging. We'll be recommending to other friends that stay in the area and could definitely see ourselves returning!
