What a great home. We stayed in this home the first week of January 2026. The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, extra pillows of different comfort and extra blankets. Lots of games and extra things to do on the days we weren’t exploring Arizona. The pool and hot tub were exactly what they promised. This home is definitely a A. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and we would definitely come back to this one.

Even better in person! Our multigenerational family of 10 stayed over the holidays and had an amazing time here. The house was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of books, games, extra linens and pillows, Nice grill outside, anything you could need. Our kids lived in the pool and hot tub for 4 days. We had a little hiccup with the hot tub but the owner was responsive and compensated us for the inconvenience. We already shared the link to house with other friends and would stay here again.

Excellent stay at Tonto Chandler!

We had a great family vacation while staying at the Tonto home in Chandler. Everything was as described, but I believe the house was more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Property management was very attentive to any questions or concerns. Everything was very clean and convenient. The home was in a great and safe location. Highly recommend a stay at this home for anyone visiting Phoenix or Scottsdale. Thank you!

Wonderful Property

We have stayed at this house for 5 years in a row. Our group is around 9 of us, ranging in ages between 9 and 76. The house and property has plenty of space for everyone and we are all very comfortable. It has everything you would need and the pool is amazing. We love it here.

Fantastic Property

We get together with three other couples every February to play cards and “escape” our Minnesota Winters for a bit. The Phoenix area works well for our group. This house was perfect for our group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath and there was plenty of room to gather and play cards. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and this house was, by far, the best of any we have ever stayed in. It was, by far, the best equipped and supplied that we have ever encountered---it had everything that you could ask for to make your stay comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated to 87 degrees and it was well worth the extra charge. Booking was easy and hassle free. The property manager (EVR) was really easy to work with; a special shoutout to Sarah at EVR—she was very responsive and provided great customer service throughout our stay. We will definitely rent it again.

Wonderful property!

This is great house in a nice location. The home is very well maintained, clean, and even nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything worked. Enjoyed the pool area & spa. Kitchen is fantastic. There is space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. We were visiting for golf and it was perfect. The property manager was extremely responsive, communication about accessing the property was timely and informative. We've been traveling to the area for 30 years and this is one of the best experiences we've had.

Stunning property

This rental is an absolutely beautiful home, with a stunning back yard - perfect for a family stay. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the large bedrooms. It was clean inviting, and well worth the stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay

We absolutely loved the outdoor area. Pool was amazing. The house had so many different areas of entertainment. The pool with so many pool toys, putting green, fire pit, all the games inside the home. The house was also very clean and had so much space for our entire family. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again for a visit.

Amazing House

This house is great for families! The outdoor area will keep everyone in the family entertained for your entire stay! When you aren’t outside there is plenty to do inside. The host has thought of everything and has every board game you can think of to keep the family entertained. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome house with plenty of room. This place has 3 master suites. Has all the outdoor amenities you could want. Heated pool with slide,spa,gas grill, gas fire pit and more. Also a great game room with pinball, air hockey table tennis and foos ball
