We were on the road when booking and let the host know. We promptly paid all deposits, and felt good when the host was communicating qui. The address on the app was wrong, which is what we used for directions. After walking in the heat, we realized the communication had the correct address. We get to an 85 degree property, stressed, because I have a skin condition that requires me to sleep cool. The house gets turned down to 72. There are only blinds, and several windows. No blackout curtains, so 72 feels like 78 in the house. Especially if youre moving, we brought dogs, so we took frequent walks. It was hot in the house and you do not have control of the ac. I let the host and management person know I have a skin condition, and I normally sleep at 62, but was willing to do 68, so that I didnt get anymore cysts. I have 2 additional since sleeping at this property. I asked for a 4 degree difference and wasnt able to be accomodated. I even let the host know the address was wrong on the app, nothing. It is also a shared space, and while the guests were nice enough, I had to be up all night hearing them in the hotub until 5:45 in the morning, when I flipped the patio light on to let them know my child would be up soon. We would be having a very different conversation if he had walked out to them. I even let Tyler know a few times that I was travelling with a child. Very disappointing. Broken glass everywhere outside of the property. I would consider it semi dog friendly at best!
