More than we could ask for.

We had a wonderful time. We truly can’t speak good enough about this place. It had everything we could possibly need. From little baskets with toiletries, snack basket in the kitchen including some Advil, to laundry detergent and all other little things you need when away from your home. Everything was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is lovely, outdoor area is adorable. We loved it. We stayed for Waste Management Open and it was about 15 min uber. We ate at some wonderful restaurants all within 10-15 drive.

Beautiful warm comfortable

We came for thanksgiving and loved the home. The owners were very thoughtful in their attention to detail. Only suggestion I’ll make, would be to improve the wifi and the TV connection. The noise from the nearby street can be a bit disturbing as well. Overall I’d stay there again and probably will.

Amazing home

I needed a place to stay to recover from a procedure done at the Mayo. I needed a home that was clean and cozy and this house was it. I would highly recommend this home not only for what I needed it for, but also for kids. The backyard is so spacious. The host was very responsive.

Amazing 3-week Stay After Surgery at Mayo

This was the perfect place to stay and recover after surgery at Mayo Clinic. The hospital was just a 8min drive and PHX was just 20min in the other direction. Chinnaz was an incredible host who kept the house stocked with K-cups and other sundries during our stay. Best of all, the house was newly built, has a beautiful backyard that our dog absolutely loved, and plenty of room for 4 adults to comfortably live. I hope to be back next time I’m in Phoenix!

Beautiful, welcoming home

Welcoming, open floor plan home with beautiful back yard. The neighborhood was very quiet and home was beautifully appointed. Beds were very comfortable, and the office space and wifi are great if you have work to do while on vacation. .Host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy day trip into Sedona, and many other outdoor recreation areas Highly recommend!

Beautiful house

The house is exactly how the pictures show in the ad. Place is very clean big garage new smart TVs in the bedrooms. Kitchen is awesome. No issues or problems. We stayed for five days. We will be staying again in the future

Great House

This property is very nice and nearly new. Property managers are the owners and great to work with. Wonderful back deck which is covered with an overhead fan. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This property was incredibly comfortable and very easy to get to from all directions. We booked it based on looks from the site, turns out that all pictures were accurate. It was very clean, and decorated very nicely. We needed to be close to the Mayo Clinic. Turns out, it was approximately 11 minutes away, so exactly what we needed. The property was in close proximity to a lot of nice eating, and a lot of shopping The host was extremely helpful with all of our questions. It was a 5-star experience and I would recommend it. Excellent in every way!

We were extremely pleased with this listing! There were a few minor "hitches" but none that impacted our overall stay, and the property owner was very responsive both before, during and after our stay! We would recommend this place highly and would most assuredly book if we come to Arizona again!

So nice!

I stayed here because the first property I reserved was awful. I was scared because it looked too nice to still be available but it was perfect! Literally everything you would need, they thought of. It was bright, clean and spacious. There is a place to work, tvs in every room and actual Cable! Didn’t know that was a luxury until you’ve stayed places that didn’t have it. The owner was a true dream and being there made me want to make some tweaks to my own home. Thank you again!

Executive Luxury Retreat

This is a new home that was built with quality in mind. Every detail was just right. It is well appointed and all of the little things you want for a getaway were readily available. We didn't want to leave. Communication from the hosts was excellent. We have stayed in many homes in the valley. This is our favorite.

Wonderful place

What a wonderful place to stay, we loved the open floor plan. The living room area was awesome to watch football, bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. there home was also spotless when we arrived, they even included some item in case we forgot a toothbrush, razor Etc. Wonderful coffee pot worked awesome. We truly look forward to our next stay at this fine property, what a gem!

The White House!

This house is brand new, built in 2022.. The house is modern with high end upgrades. There are 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, as well as a nice office for working.. The kitchen is huge, with a gas stove & hood set up that makes cooking fun.. Also, this location is great, with access to hwy 51 and other nearby freeways..
