So good I stay there over and over

When we come to Phoenix to visit, my daughter goes to GCU we stay in the same property when our friends aren't available and we feel just as at home, cared for and relaxed. Easy check-in, easy, checkout, VERY very attentive management staff and good pricing.

Cute little house in the historic Coronado neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. Walkable neighborhood to restaurants, coffee and cookie shops.

We had the best day! Super clean and a great location! The only thing that would be nice to have is a small patio set outback or a couple folding chairs. We definitely would recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay in Phoenix.

This property has everything you need and is close to downtown Phoenix. Walkable residential area, parking on the property, up to date appliances, plenty of extra towels, etc. Love the washer and dryer too! I highly recommend this property.

Exactly as advertised!

Nice small place, great location. Washer and dryer and dish washer all used and worked well, as did TV and internet. Two nice bathrooms, one nice bedroom and one smaller bedroom, so just note the one bedroom is lesser than the other. No complaints, would book again!

The property was comfortable and clean but impersonal and sterile -not like a home away from home feeling -stayed here since it is within walking distance of a close friend -with a little and work this place could have a more warm personal comfortable feeling ….

First Stay in Coronado District

This was a good little house for 2 adults. Reasonably well equipped overall. Kitchen needs a few more items to top things up. Location in the Coronado District was very good for walking around and a short walk to The Main Ingredient local pub/restaurant on 7th st. Also a very short drive to many other local attractions and stores. walking around

Great

We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. I think the only issue was the step-down about three feet from the front door into the house as you walk in. It was dark when we walked in that first night and had no idea the step was there. We lined up the bar chairs to remind us about the step. It usually helped. Other than that issue, the house had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the area is quiet and feels safe. We would definitely come back.

Excellent Location

Our stay was 3 nights. Rental process was easy to follow and check in was just as easy. I thought the cleaning fee was steep but apparently that’s the going rate these days. The location was convenient for us to be near family living in Central Phoenix. We did have an issue with heat not reaching the front bedroom.. I’m sure it had something to do with the vent but we just found extra blanket in the closet. Suggestions: It would be helpful to have hooks in bathroom to hang towels after use. A full length mirror somewhere would be nice as well. A dish rag, sponge or dish cleaning tool would be helpful. We appreciated the stay in a clean home in a great location for visiting family.

Comfortable Stay with Cleaning Quirks

I recently enjoyed a two-week stay at a VRBO property, and while many aspects of the experience were satisfactory, cleanliness left something to be desired. Upon arrival, the overall appearance of the property was inviting, and the amenities provided for a comfortable stay. However, a closer look revealed some cleaning oversights. Under the beds, I found a layer of dust, and there were articles left behind that clearly didn't belong to me, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning between guests. Additionally, the cleaning supplies provided were not sufficient for a two-week stay, which posed a bit of a challenge. It would have been more convenient to have a surplus of essentials, especially considering the length of my visit. One of the notable issues was the peculiar odor emanating from the stove and dishes. Water spots were prevalent, and it took some effort on my part to address these concerns. However, once rectified, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. In summary, while the initial cleaning oversights were a drawback, I was able to make the necessary adjustments to ensure my comfort. The property has potential, and with a more thorough cleaning routine and better-stocked cleaning supplies, it could offer a more seamless and enjoyable experience for future guests.
