Historic Brick Bungalow - Near Downtown Phoenix

  • Mi histórica casa de Phoenix es mi residencia diaria, pero una tonelada de viajes de negocios me mantiene lejos de casa. Remodelada en 2018, esta casa cuenta con dos habitaciones (¡solo una está abierta para alquilar!) con una cama queen y un baño. Un colchón inflable es bienvenido con aprobación previa. Disfrute de hermosos pisos de madera, detalles cálidos y características históricas, una gran isla de mármol, mesa de comedor, bar y sala de estar durante su estadía. El patio trasero se renovó en 2018 también y cuenta con una gran área de césped, mesa de comedor al aire libre (para 6), pozo de fuego, cítricos y múltiples áreas de descanso perfectas para tomar un café por la mañana o cócteles por la noche.

Loved this house, it was perfect for our trip. It has a great layout with a beautiful backyard. The area was nice and quiet, we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our time here! Totally adorable house inside and out. Great neighborhood and lots of fun places for food & drink close by. And finally, Stephanie is a great host and fantastic with communications.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The backyard was a true highlight—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the space felt very homey and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location and amenities

Entire property was wonderful. Fully stocked and decorated very well. We enjoyed playing the record player, using the wet bar, and all the wonderful outdoor areas. House is very comfortable, spacious, and plenty of storage. Bed was very comfy as well. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Phoenix

Beautiful home with great accommodations. We lacked for nothing with all the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the cozy feel both inside and the backyard, quaint & historical neighborhood, and convenient location for driving to all of our vacation interests. If visiting Phoenix again, would stay here again. and

Historic brick bungalow

Overall this was a great place to stay, great back yard. Did not realize there was not a microwave and bed was not comfortable for us.

This was a charming bungalow. Obviously lovingly restored to retain the mid century vibe. The backyard is fantastic, with patios, fire pits and a wall to keep it all private. Great for dogs. The Lemon and Orange trees in the backyard, and Pomegranate in the front are a nice touch. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet a great city location.

Beautiful Bungalow

The home is just as shown in the photos. It is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the back yard - it is a little oasis in the city. The neighborhood is upscale and nice for a walk or jog. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Campus Vista

Great floor plan. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Great backyard. Worked out at Phoenix College just 5 houses away. Good neighborhood and close to lots of things to do. Highly recommend!!

This is a sweet house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you will need for a short or long stay is in the home. Lots of cooking supplies including a crockpot and airfryer. The bed was very comfy and linens were soft. The white towles in the art deco bathroom are soft, absorbent, and smell nice. Good quality bathroom amenities included as well. Grocery shopping is near by as are a couple of good restaurants. We will definitely tey to book Stephanie's home again next time we are in Phoenix.

Cute Encanto property

We enjoyed two weeks in this home while visiting Phoenix. The house is cute and clean in a quiet neighborhood, and Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. The house is centrally located and furnished with everything we needed. Our dog especially loved chasing balls in the fenced back yard. Had a great vacation and will look forward to doing it again.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Stephanie was a very responsive owner and always available to answer our questions. Loved the home, the yard and the citrus trees. Encanto Park was our favourite place to walk the dog and play pickle ball. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Comfortable, convenient location with backyard oasis

This was our best vrbo experience yet. Perfect for a couple. Office space with good internet. Interesting decor with comfortable furniture, big TV with streaming services. Location was close to everything, just minutes from downtown, basketball arena, museums, restaurants with casinos closeby. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the various seating areas in the beautiful backyard oasis with patio, firepits, cozy chairs, orange and lemon trees - and plushy green grass! Highly recommend, especially for a winter retreat.

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and well appointed. The backyard is large with grassy areas and several seating areas. The pictures are very representative of the home. It is centrally located to the midtown area with many restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Communication with the host was quick and always informative.

The weather didn't cooperate but the house was comfy and cozy!

It doesn't happen often but when it does you want to be staying in a place that you can enjoy even when your outside plans are scuttled due to weather. We enjoyed the home and the area very much. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our family could come over and enjoy it as well.

WOW! Great stay!

First off, Stephanie is very helpful and accommodating. This place has everything you need, clean, great location, quiet neighborhood. Huge back yard that my dog loved roaming. Extra bonus: love hearing the distant sound of the train. Would definitely stay here again.
