Absolutely incredible. The house was prefect. We were greeted at check in with a full tour by the kindest couple. The house was fully stocked with towels, sunscreen, extra toiletries, coffee, laundry soap and anything else you might need. Such a great stay.

Our hosts met us at the house and went thru all the ins and outs of the house and then checked in on us again a day later! House had all the extras to cook there as well as games etc! Loved it!

Fully stocked home with everything except your groceries! We cooked beautiful meals, kitchen lacked by nothing. Laundry was awesome as well as toys for the pool and outdoor games. Listing was very accurate to this property. Loved everything about this home!

Graduation Weekend

This place was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. I would recommend this house to anyone. The host were amazing and accommodating as I changed my rental a couple of times. Loved it will try and rent this place again when we’re back in Phoenix area.

Great Home for Everyone

We just loved staying at this home. It’s super clean, well maintained, totally stocked with all you need and more. The bedrooms were large and relaxing. We all slept great! The interior layout gave privacy for all age groups. The exterior was well maintained with a very private backyard with birds and fruit trees. We swam in a nice heated pool at no extra cost. Played bocce ball and enjoyed the large covered patios. The is all on one level and very safe home. The best home we have ever stayed in. 1!!.

Exceeded Expectations!

From check-in to check-out this host and beautiful home exceeded our expectations. An in-person check-in and tour of the home got us off to a great start. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with necessities and included many extras for our use. The bedrooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. We had plenty to do with the pool (heated to 84 degrees), the BBQ grill and patio area, the billiard table, the theater style flat screen TV, a variety of games and fun things to do near by. We couldn't have been more pleased. checkavailabweekend.

Beautiful, Immaculate and Well Appointed Home

We were a multigenerational family of ten and all enjoyed the lovely house, plentiful common spaces, comfortable and well appointed bedrooms and dining areas. Amazing host and home

Annual family getaway

This home was perfect for our annual family baseball trip. Catherine and her husband made sure everything was easy and were attentive to our needs. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly, so everyone had their own space. The living room was set up so we all could watch a movie (or a ballgame) together as a family. The grandkids loved the pool and the backyard was very nice. The home was centrally located to all the events we were attending. We would definitely love to come back!

Spacious home for a family/group

This home was perfect for our annual cousin’s trip. It was spacious and open enough where we weren’t on top of each other. The gathering spaces were perfect for our group. The backyard was a plus. We ended up not using the pool because it was dirty. The pool guy came to clean it as we were leaving. While I understand the weather can’t be controlled, it would have been nice to be able to use it. Outside of the couple of instances of unexpected people, I would definitely book again.

Wedding Stay

We stayed at the property so we could all be together for my son’s wedding in Mesa. This home is beautiful and well cared for. The hosts were amazing and checked in on us and helped when we needed them to. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting a beautiful and peaceful home to stay in that is close to many places and plenty of room to spend time together. I would book this property again if the need arises.

Great house for a large family

This was THE BEST house for our family’s Labor Day weekend together! Our older son and his wife, their 2 year old, and 3 month old stayed in the room with a queen bed and twin bed. Owners had a pack n play (& also a high chair and booster seat) for the baby to sleep in. This room is nicely situated on one end of the house separated from the commotion of the main living area. It also has its own bath for the most part as it is only shared with everyone else when coming in from the patio/pool area. Our other teen and young adult children and my husband and I had spacious comfortable rooms on the other side of the main living area. It was such a comfort to have the gate around the pool and high door handles on any door that led to the back patio/pool area for the safety of our adventurous 2year old grandson. While most of our activities were at ASU in Tempe or in Scottsdale, the house was an easy 10-20 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. We had a few logistical questions before our stay and the owners were east to communicate with and very accommodating when they could be and had good explanations when they couldn't be.
