Everything You Need and Want

We stayed in this home for two months. The home is attractively and comfortably furnished. The neighborhood is peaceful, perfectly situated near a wonderful park, plenty of shopping and lots of walking areas. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. We are gourmet cooks and found just about every appliance and kitchen tool needed. The hosts were attentive and excellent.

Well Appointed House

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 101 and 60. We had all cooking tools and appliances we needed for our 6 night stay. There were plenty of towels for the 6 of us, including a designated pool towel for each of us. Plenty of soaps, paper towels, toilet paper etc were available which is a nice touch compared to other VRBO houses I’ve stayed at that give you one roll of TP for a week. We only needed to contact Jen a couple times, but she was very responsive and offered solutions above and beyond what I thought was necessary. Excellent hospitality and a nice, comfortable house with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The covered patio with ceiling fans was a perfect place to relax after swimming in the heated pool. There was a very reasonable extra charge to get the pool to 86 degrees for our October stay. Thanks again Jen & Colin.

Great family house

This was our second time staying, and we love this place. We stayed 9 days with a large family. It is set up with many of the household items you would need. Fairly close to grocery store. The back patio and pool are great for vacation cook outs and swimming.

Perfect Family Place

We really enjoyed our time at this place. Overall, clean and spacious place. We loved hanging out by the pool. This place is an awesome place to stay with small children- it had all the things you could possibly think of/ need for a small child. Pack n play, high chair, kid dishes, toys, baby bath and the best part was the gate to keep our littles safe from the pool! Nice/quiet neighborhood and in a good location- not too far from activities. The hosts were easy and great to work with. We will definitely stay at this place again on our next trip to AZ. I highly recommend you book this place!!

Great stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay- the house was perfect for our family. We especially loved the outdoor area, it was great! The kitchen was by far one of the best stocked, with everything organized and clean. We had to spend some time cleaning the pool before we could use it, there had been some stormy weather so there was a lot of plant debris. Aside from that, we had no issues and the owners were responsive and helpful!

Excellent Stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Property was exactly as listed! Owners were clear and kind and their communication. Stayed here with our family (children aged 3.5 and 2). The covered patio was lovely to enjoy a morning coffee while the kids played since there was a gate around the pool. We paid to heat the pool and the temperature was excellent. This VRBO is close to lots of amenities like restaurants and parks very spacious. All of the rooms have lots of space. We were also provided with a toddler bed, playpen and highchair that made our trip incredibly enjoyable! Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Great stay!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed for family trip. Toys, high chair, play pen were great for travelling with a baby. Also close proximity to Kiwanis Park which had a fun playground for kids! Host was very accommodating and let us have a late checkout due to cancelled flights.

Great family house

We stayed here with the entire family of 8, to visit other family in the area. Perfect vacation home. The pool and patio were excellent to keep the kids entertained. The house is very well equipped. It has many of the supplies you would have in your own home. 10/10 would stay again.
