Delightful Property as pictured. Management agency was easy to communicate with and very prompt in their replies. Kitchen was well stocked even with specialty items like a juicer.

House and amenities were great. Location and views were amazing. Pool is great, however had issue with the heating system and could not heat the pool for 5 of the 10 days. The pool became too cold for the kids.

We had a great time.

This property is in a great location and is large enough to accommodate multiple couples; however, it's clear the property has seen a lot of traffic with the amount of wear and tear throughout. There were a number of issues we had upon checking in (broken string lights, dirty pool, missing key to casita, non-working pool fountain with broken tiles...), which were eventually resolved by Porter (the company who manages the property). Despite the hiccups, we still managed to have a great time together as a family, while still having plenty of room for privacy. With a thorough deep cleaning and a few maintenance repairs, this property could be a 5 star property again; however, in its current state, this is a 4-star property with a 5-star price.

Great location and beautiful house

We were a group of 12 adults. House was perfect for spending time outside with the pool, spa, outdoor amenities including putting green. Great location close to hiking. Offers great sunset views.

Stunning home with views!

The house was exactly like its’ pictures! It is stunning with the wrap around windows providing incredible views, especially of sunsets! We never used the little casita, but it is adorable and adds to the backyard charm. We spent our afternoons and evenings after dinner in the hot tub and pool. Paying for the heating was clutch since our March evenings were very cool. The most remarkable thing is how attentive the staff is. They are very quick to respond. Our hot tub required a little work and a lot of chlorine, but they had someone there first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this home, and would absolutely love to rent from this company again! I’d like to see their entire portfolio! Thank you for a lovely trip! You can’t beat this location and privacy!

Fantastic property!

We booked this home for my father’s 80th birthday and family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. This was the best rental I have ever booked! The property managers were very responsive and helpful with the booking process, check in and patient with my many questions. The house is luxurious and well equipped for a group. The outdoor spaces and the view made our stay truly spectacular. We made so many special memories.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful clean home. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay is provided. Private back yard and great views of Phoenix from the front. The only complaint is the pool was not ready when we arrived but someone came out day one to add chemicals.

Stayed for a work retreat. Home was great and aloud for a relaxed and private environment. Neighborhood is very quiet and home is very well maintained. Common areas where perfect for workshop reviews and everyone had something to do in the evening and still had room to find there own space when needed.

Absolutely Perfect!

We rented The Happy Roadrunner to escape the Midwest winter in February for an extended weekend. We left snow and ice with 9 degree temps, and arrived to 75 and just beautiful. The house was magnificent. Plenty of space for 8 adults and one 7 year old. Watching my daughter go from the pool to the hot tub to a chair to dry and then into the game room all weekend was magnificent. There was always something to keep her entertained. The outdoor space if magical. Sunsets were among the most magnificent I have ever seen. Close to trails if you like hiking and we do. Did Piestwa peak twice over two days which was awesome! The space was great to congregate for dinners, but also to fan out for some quiet time too. Just a magnificent place and will definitely entertain coming back! Thank you to Sierra from Porter who was awesome to work with as well. Close to everything but very quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

Wonderful home for a large family vacation!

We had three generations join - from 2 year olds to 88 year olds and all had a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing time. The home is exceptionally well thought out, beds are comfortable, and the views and amenities amazing. Highly recommended!
