Amazing stay! Our check in and tour with Erin was awesome to get our weekend started and she was available whenever we needed something. The lazy river, pool and theatre were great and the family really enjoyed it! A all around!

Amazing stay at the HÓZHÓ Residence on Larkspur!

The house was beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The backyard was the real showstopper—lazy river, heated pool, spa, slide, putting green, pickleball court, and even a private theater. Truly felt like a private resort. We didn’t want to leave!

Great!

We had a group of friends and family stay to celebrate 50th birthdays. We were lucky to find this gem. Perfect for entertaining large groups. The lazy river and pool are the best. We also used the theater and pool table a lot. The backyard oasis is exactly an oasis! The only minor thing I can think of is that there was the simplest things we needed, seasonings and items like foil or Saran Wrap but was nothing we couldn’t get a grocery delivery for. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great backyard in convenient location

The backyard is amazing. The lazy river is an incredible feature we watched basketball games from the hot tub swim up bar and the basketball and pickleball court was great.The rooms and interiors were reasonable and got the job done Communication was top notch. A bummer early checkin was 300 but easy experiences throughout.Would gladly return

Absolute Fantastic Property, you will not be disappointed!

I rent a new location in the Scottsdale area for my yearly customer golf trip. This has been my favorite property to date due to the entertainment (backyard) factor. Great layout in the house and pictures are exactly what you get. Hard to go wrong with this selection, we will be back!

Beautiful Home

We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. The house was big and beautiful, with lots to do to keep us entertained. We reached out to the property manager a few times and they immediately responded to us with no wait time. They were on top of everything and went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. I highly recommend staying here.

50th Anniversary Party

We brought friends and family together for three days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in with Andromeda, who is fabulous, to our last good bye the weekend could not have been more perfect. The kids loved the slide, lazy river pool, and the mini golf course. The middle kids love the spa and the center eating area where they could converse like adults and still watch kiddos. The casita was perfect for the couple with a 5 month old teething baby as she had a quiet place to sleep and those of us in the house didn't hear a peep. And my husband and I just enjoyed what a simple "I do" 50 years ago created. I can't thank you enough for sharing this beautiful home and having such a wonderful staff be available for any issues that could come up.

Overall the stay went well. We were in town for a 16 man Ryder Cup tournament. The House pretty easily accommodates 16 people. Pool and backyard area was a fun place to hangout. Not to be nitpicky but here are some negatives I found about the place. The master bed was dirty when we arrived. They did offer to resend the cleaning people, which I appreciated but didn't feel like dealing with while we were gonna be out golfing. The blinds in the master bedroom are so paper thin my bunkmate slept in the closet after getting sick of it (Window faces East) and is bright AF by 5:30am. There's a noise ordinance at 10pm (totally understandable) but the light by the pickleball/basketball court turn off at 9pm. They don't warn you about the light timer anywhere so we kinda felt activities were cut short there. Overall it was a solid place to stay.

Awesome Property

Excellent property! Has everything you could possibly need for entertainment. Pool is awesome for relaxing and cooling off. So many things to do for all ages. Host responds immediately when you need something. Highly recommend this home.

The house was great and the host was great and super responsive. My only comment to future renters is that there is no left over food stuff from previous guests. This is not a problem, but a bit of a shock. Most places have left over salt & pepper and oil and other stuff. They have nothing. Just an FYI to plan ahead. The donate all leftovers to a local food pantry.

Resort-Style Christmas

This large, sprawling house is everything as advertised and the three sleeping areas—bedrooms off the living room, a primary suite off the kitchen and the casita—give guests a chance to spread out and have privacy. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the backyard “resort” was ready for play and it was perfect for our family. There were a few issues getting the pool heated, and the hot tub, which is within the pool, never got warm until day 5. Omar surprised us and showed up on Christmas day to work on it—great service. We loved this one-of-kind house but there are a few things to mention. The listing notes the kitchen is minimally stocked and that is correct. Pulling off even a simple holiday menu was a challenge. There is nothing in the kitchen except the basics—think first apartment utensils and cookware which contrasts the high-end kitchen appliances. The upper oven door wouldn’t seal and get to temperature so that left us with only the smaller lower oven. There is dishware for 12 but the house sleeps 17. Unlike some short-term rentals, there was no sugar, oil, salt, pepper, a few baggies, etc. Plan to purchase or bring all your supplies or use a caterer. The two ensuite bedrooms have king beds with waist-high mattresses! We had to find step stools to get in the beds and the next night traded with our 6’9” son-in-law. Even our 6’ tall daughter had trouble getting into the primary suite bed. The management company was great to work with.

Family getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Activities for all ages ! Our ages ranged from 1year old to 69 years of age ! 8 adults and 8 children and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone!
