Great location if you are visiting family in the Scottsdale area. Plenty to do right nearby - Kierland for shopping, restaurants, bars. The townhome was well-maintained, and everything was there for your needs. Quite a neighborhood and secure garage parking. Easy access to all the major roads needed to go in any direction.

Could not have ask for anything better!! Everything was perfect!!! Close to shopping and restaurants. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Condo was very clean!! Plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Very nice that they included starter soaps and detergents. The only negative would be if you have trouble with stairs. The garage is very nice to park in, but you must enter the condo through a flight of stairs. If you don’t have any trouble with that then this condo is perfect! Will definitely try and stay here again!

Perfect location to Scottsdale Quarter shops and restaurants

This is a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The community is nice. The actual condo had construction going on in the garage area and the workers started every morning banging at 7:45-8:15am. There was no sleeping in or working from home with all the loud noise. The gym is tiny and extremely dirty. The master bedroom bathroom toilet smells of sewer. It got worse everyday. The master bathroom sinks both clogged very easily. The location topped these things but I would not book while it’s under construction and if you utilize the gym.

Quaint apartment living. Spacious & clean. Community includes small gym, pool & spa. Neighbors were friendly. Conveniently located within walking distance to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter. Also conveniently located to plenty of grocery, gas, restaurants & more.

Adequately stocked with what you need. The accommodations worked well for us. It seems like being picky but certain things like the one tiniest box of Kleenex I have ever seen with the thinnest of tissues was an example of a little cheapening out where it doesn’t need to be. The hard flooring is a little harsh and cold. The tv package was horrible. On the bright side the pool area Hot tub and work out room were excellent.

Property was very clean and had everything needed

The air conditioning was very loud every time it came on would wake me up. Should tell people there are stairs I had an elderly parent with me and it was hard for them to get up and down the stairs. Also the couch and chair pillows are shedding from the leather and hot all over our clothes .

Return trip

We stayed at this property in spring of 2019 - different unit, but same property manager. The unit this time was furnished virtually identical to the unit in 2019. Very clean and well maintained. It’s amazing that the units and the property overall have not aged at all in 5 years. If you like convenient upscale shopping/dining and proximity to wonderful hiking trails, this is the place for you.

Winter Break
