Phoenix getaway

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful well appointed home. The backyard pool area was gorgeous and private! The house is large and has so many places to relax. Kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed our time there immensely. I would very much recommend staying there.

Best VRBO Ever!!!!

My family & I have now stayed at 10+ different VRBO's from California to Jersey... Casa Del Sol, was hands down the absolute BEST ever!!! This house had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! If you want an Arizona get away, and your don't stay here, shame on you. It's only been 4-days since we left, and have already been discussing/ planning our next time there! The neighborhood was beautiful, the proximity to everything was unreal, and the house was large, well thought-out & everything as listed! Thanks again to the Property Manager, who also was nothing but amazing!

Plenty of comfortable space for 7 adults and 1 small dog

This property is just right for a good-sized group, with lots of outdoor seating and amenities, beautiful, clean pool and hot tub, gorgeous landscaping. The bedrooms are comfortable ( the only question we had was why no door to the master suite- although it is set apart from the living area, and didn’t pose a problem for our family, it would be nicer to have the privacy), large enough and well-stocked with towels and bedding. The kitchen (and in fact, the whole house) is extremely well-stocked with anything one could need for cooking and eating, including spices that are not out of date and an enormous number of dishes! Paper goods are supplied (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex), and the “cowboy bar” even has a great supply of alcoholic beverages available for guest use! Overall the home suited our needs- the only reason I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness was that the fans needed dusting in the bedrooms. Another suggestion would be for a larger TV in the living room, so that the group could relax on the comfy couches and chairs there instead of in the theater room, whose seats could be updated for more comfort. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property and neighborhood!

Wonderful home in an outstanding location.

This home was everything we hoped for—a fantastic and well-maintained property in an ideal location. The owners were straightforward to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to families visiting Scottsdale.

Feels Like Resort Living

Beautiful home with a resort-like feel! Plenty of activities including swimming pool and spa, ping-pong and billiards and a movie theater equipped with a large bar area! Very comfortable beds and plenty of dining space inside and out. A great place to stay and located in a beautiful neighborhood with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. A true vacation setting!

Thanksgiving

Fabulous house! The house is exactly as advertised. The parlor game room was a big hit with our game playing family. Shelley is an excellent host and her property manager Cindy is so attentive. She called us the morning we left to be sure we had a great time (which we did). The location in north Scottsdale is perfect - close to shopping and road cycling lanes, but far enough north to miss Scottsdale traffic. I would definitely rent Shelley's home again.

Unbelievable House

This is an honest to goodness unbelievable house. You will marvel at its size and how extraordinarily it is decorated. The outside foliage and lighting at night makes you feel like you rented your own resort. The kitchen is totally stocked and the grill is right outside the back door. In a house this big with so many features, things will go wrong; but the property manager worked to take care of them as quickly as possible.

Your own private resort!

Very well appointed luxury home, with an overwhelming serine Arizona vibe, surrounded by gorgeous landscape; beyond the walls, beautiful desert. Can't imagine Arizona gets better than this, a true value. Property manager met us as soon as we rolled into town, showed us around, was very accommodating if/when we needed anything throughout the stay. Owner's passion for making this home unique and blended to the Southwest really shows, from earthy stone, exposed timbers, to the layers of lighting throughout the house. Home was very well stocked for everything, including cooking/BBQ'ing. My kids had no problem with daily Zoom classes over the internet, and we were able to do a little remote work, then enjoy walking/biking around this very upscale gorgeous neighborhood. The Theater with a big TV is tucked away on one side of the house, and I'd suggest a larger TV in the main living room. Other than that, we were very lucky to spend a week here and we’d happily return!

Beautiful House! Highly recommended!

From the moment you step into this home you are overwhelmed with luxury and beauty! This home has it all and is perfect for a large group! We had 9 people and never felt over crowded! The owner thought of everything and was very generous in leaving plenty of supplies. We literally didn’t need to go get anything other than food. We had one internet issue that was addressed immediately with very prompt and professional staff! We loved the pool, pool table/ping pong table combo, game room, theatre room, etc! Our kids had a blast! Def would recommend and will think about coming back again in the future! Thanks again!

Arizona Love

We travel all over the world. We have rented many VRBO houses. I would say this has been the greatest first class experience we have had. From the booking down to the linens. The decor was absolutely gorgeous. It had so many wonderful amenities as well. They were gracious enough to provide spices and other pantry items that you do not get in homes. It made it easy to grocery shop. Every room was like an oasis. There was enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We had two families. Parents each had there own bedroom thanks to the Casita. Privacy was everywhere. The pool and covered porch felt like we were on a private southern country. Cindy was delightful to work with. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Wonderful family retreat!

This beautiful Southwestern style home was more than we could have imagined. The sprawling house easily accommodated our two families. The families could hang together or have alone time very easily. We loved the pool, veranda, game room and the theatre/bar. There were games and movies for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you need to prepare your meals. I'm sure I missed many of the wonderful attributes since there were so many extras we didn't expect. You will enjoy staying in this lovely home.

Beautiful setting

We spent 1 week at Casa Del Sol with friends and it was wonderful. We had a couple minor things but property manager Cindy took care of them immediately. The house is very nice-every amenity you may need was at hand. The back yard setting is beautiful! We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and bbq’d a few evenings. The pool was great to cool off in! Completely surpassed all expectations!!

The listing for this house completely undersells this incredible home! We had such an lovely time and absolutely dreaded our departure. Shelley and Cindy were so very helpful and responsive when we had any questions or concerns. This home is so very spacious but has some amazing common areas that everyone can gather in. Everything is very well maintained and you won’t be disappointed with all the unexpected amenities and comforts that you’ll find throughout. The location is near some great areas and a short 15 minute drive from most hot spots. We will certainly be back. Thanks Shelley and Cindy for the lovely experience that has led to us totally falling in love with Arizona!

Christmas 2019

Fantastic property! It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 golden retrievers. A lot of space to spread out, pool and hot tub worked great, grilled a few times, the time went by way to quick. Special added bonus was the Christmas tree setup by property manager, really helped with the holiday spirit! Location is also really convenient for really anything guests could want to do from groceries to dining and golf and of course, shopping. We did it all! Thanks again for such a wonderful property and experience..

Beautiful private estate

We stayed here the whole month of April and were joined by family and friends. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained and the house is quite large and well appointed. We found the pool to be just the right size for kids and adults and, unlike other properties we have stayed at, there were no issues with the pool heater. The movie theatre was a real hit with the children as was the bar with their parents. The property is well located, private yet close to shopping and the 101. The owner was responsive and easy to deal with and we are already planning our return.

Great Property for a family gathering

The house is sprawling, There is plenty of space for people to spread out but also many places to gather together also. We used all the house had to offer - pool/spa, outdoor fireplace, pool/ping pong table, theater room, indoor gas fireplaces and the game table. The kitchen was well stocked including several varieties of Keurig pods. There were staples like paper towels, sugar, flour and many spices in the kitchen. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and toilet paper. The property was well maintained and the location was perfect for us. Many family hiking options nearby. There are several different level changes in this one story house. There are a total of 5 steps down into the master bedroom and other places 2 steps either up or down in hallways so that is something to be aware of with small children or mobility issues. The master bedroom has no door but it is on the complete other side of the house from the rest of the bedrooms so privacy wasn't a big issue. It is basically a 4 bedroom house. They have added a single bed in the study to make a 5th bedroom option but there is only access to a 1/2 bath from that room. Anybody in that room would need to share a full bath with one of the other bedrooms. We only used the 4 main bedrooms and it was perfect. Several of our group had to 'work from home' so the office got use several times during our stay. The master closet is huge and complete with large laundry room attached. We would love to stay there again - we had a great time!

Fantastic House

The house is Awesome! The outdoor space is very nice. The location is perfect. Very close to all the attractions and many excellent restaurants. The property management people were wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Outstanding Vacation Setting.

This home is the perfect setting for a family get together. It is spacious, southwest charming and well maintained. A beautiful home. Our group included 12 people, 3 generations. There was plenty of space to gather together as a group or to go off into individual rooms to have some private time. The outdoor area is absolutely spectacular with beautiful views of mountains in the distance. A favorite for the kids was the pool where they spent lots of very happy time. We hope to return to this lovely home in North Scottsdale.
