It is a lovely home. The location is great, the neighborhood is safe and friendly, and the home is always squeaky clean. Me and my husband stay here every time we visit the Phoenix area, and we will continue to do so. The shuffle board, Pac-Man arcade game, hot tub, and putting green are all fantastic bonuses. Hemant is a great host and communicator to top it all off.

Great stay with our dogs!

We stayed for a multi day stay while we had Mayo Clinic appointments. Great location! 10 minutes from the Phoenix site and 20 minutes from the Scottsdale location and plenty of spots to eat, get groceries and/or shop in between. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location

The home is located close to many stores and local venues (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Kierland outdoor mall etc) and not far from 101 freeway. Communication with owner was great and home was clean and well-maintained. Nice Smart TV in living room with apps (Netflix etc) and the kitchen was well-stocked.We loved that there was nice charging options at bedside and it was located in quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and backyard was enjoyable for a dog, great owner, home was not as clean as what it we thought it would be, owner came and cleaned the couches and chairs which was very appreciative, sometimes houses need a good through cleaning

This place was exactly what we expected, fabulous! It is very spacious and in a nice neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. The host Hemant is wonderful and accommodating to your needs. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Clean, convenient location, easy check in and out, and good communication with owner. The unique personal touches were appreciated by all…and the hot tub was awesome! Would not hesitate to rent again.

Outstanding! 5 Stars!

Super location and very nice house! Very quiet neighborhood that is close Scottsdale’s best shopping and restaurants. The house and yard are perfect for families to enjoy together, we loved playing the indoor shuffle board and Old fashion video games (Galaga and PacMan). The hot tub and backyard sitting area was enjoyable every evening. We will be renting this house again!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The property owner literally thought of everything. Very family friendly. Lots of board games, corn hole, and a putting green. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Dishes for toddlers, as well as adults. Communication was great! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this nice house! Hemant was awesome to work with. The house is located in a great area with lots to do! There are also many golf courses close to the area. We were pleasantly greeted with a nice gift from our host! We highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Amazing place

This house is centrally located in such a great neighborhood. The property manager, since day 1, is super responsive and quick. He helped me with any questions I had. The house was clean, he has games for families to play, nice backyard with great seating and hot tub! I would recommend this house, hands down, to anyone needing to stay in northern Scottsdale, with close proximity to so many shops, restaurants and other fun things to do.

Quiet Fun Little Gem

After a very long travel day, a bevy of Quail welcomed us to the neighborhood. Things only got better from there, once we checked in. While we weren't able to partake in all of them, there were more than enough fun activities to pass the time. The home is also centrally located, which made getting to everywhere a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

A great host makes a huge difference!

This property is located in the Kierland area, near many stores, golf courses, and great restaurants. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Open floor plan with a good size kitchen with large sliding doors leading to a huge backyard. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners out on the patio, and most evenings played on the putting green. The spa tub is large and very clean, we liked using it as a cool tub at 85-90 degrees. The master bedroom is very roomy and all the beds are comfortable. The furnishings and bedding are fairly new. Kitchen cabinets are a bit dated but it has good storage space. The owner, Hemant, is a thoughtful host. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, chocolates, wine and a couple of weeks later, treats for our puppy. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns and was very open to feedback. We will definitly rent from Hemant again!

Great experience m! One of the best stocked houses i have every rented

Our stay was overall a great experience. Our host was very responsive and the location was great. The house was well stocked with all the essentials (laundry soap, shower stuff, even some key kitchen items). The mini out and the hot tube were perfect. I would book again in a heart beat!

Great Stay

My husband and parents came down to stay for a week. We found the house to be very convenient and accommodating. We couldn’t figure out how and why the thermostat temp increased during the night but overall, it wasn’t a big deal. Landlord was very responsive. We’ll be back.
