Amazing Home

We felt like we were staying at a plush resort! So many bedrooms, baths and wonderful amenities. We never got tired of the views and sunshine! We loved using the hot tub and fire pit at night. Because the kitchen had everything we needed it was easy to fix meals. We did some sightseeing and loved the mountains and museums. They also have fun restaurants close to neighborhood. Our stay was a month long and we hope to stay here again next year. Definitely 5 stars and we highly recommend to anyone wanting a large space. Thanks to the Arizona team AVHR who took care of us. They are great!

Lovely Home; Amazing Amenities and Views!

Deserves 5+ Stars! Home is extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities are exceptional. You could use this place as a base for exploring the area or just stay here at your own private resort. We especially loved the heated pool with golf and mountain views. The kids had a great time practicing their golf swings on the green when they weren't in the pool or spa. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Golf, stores and restaurants are super close. We plan to return next year. There’s so much to do and it's so comfortable - everyone will enjoy this fantastic home!

Beautiful home!

By far one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in! There were plenty of games to play, books to read, or poolside loungers to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need to make our meals. Five stars hands down!

Awesome Property

This was perfect for us! The weather was cool so we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor heaters and fire pit. Everything was well stocked and organized and very clean.

Beautiful home with great amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well appointed, and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The pool and backyard experience was amazing, and we were very comfortable relaxing in the warm Arizona sun! The property management company was very responsive to our needs and even delivered extra loungers for the pool in less than 2 hours! Absolutely would stay here again!

Great place!

So many spacious bedrooms and such a clean property. Great for little ones - they loved the putting green and a great park/splash pad right across the street from the neighborhood. During nap and bedtime, us adults loved the fire pit, hot tub, and spacious hang out areas. The pool was really nice as well!

Overall, outstanding! We could not believe how clean and well stocked the property was. We had a little bit of a problem lighting the overhead space heater on the second evening, but no big thing overall. One item that everyone commented on was the pillows. Very thin with little support and nobody was happy with them. Change the pillows to go from A+ to A++! Wonderful in spite of that - we are looking to book for next year! Thank you, Ron Kline

Great house

The house was perfect for our USTA tennis team to use while competing in a tournament. We loved the king beds in all 5 bedrooms. Pool was nice and hot tub worked great! A very well maintained property. In a good area as well!

beautiful residence

Property was wonderful and fit our needs to visit family and friends in the area. House was appointed nicely and had all the items advertised. There were a couple of items that could make the home better to stay in. 1 - Beautiful master bedroom has no curtains/shades on large 8' sliding door to balcony. bright sun in the room at 5:30 a.m., not to mention lack of privacy in the room as it looks straight onto a tee box. 2 - Strict noise rules: no loud noise from 10 pm til 8 am. however yard maintenance at neighbors homes and on the golf course starts at 6 am. , Loud mowers and blowers to awaken you if you are not already awake from the sun. Apparently they are exempt from the rules. 3 - Pool maintenance did not knock/notify that they were there to service the hot tub/pool. Just walked into the back yard. Rectifying these few issues would have made the stay perfect. All in all nice place, just a few hiccups/onconveniences. Eric

Perfect!

The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and patio every day. The house was clean and well maintained. The property managers were responsive to any questions that we had. Great house with plenty of room

The house was well stocked with cooking needs, plenty of paper products and towels. Good value for the price. In a neighborhood with easy access to stores to buy groceries etc. Had several heaters and a fire pit, but none worked. Hot tub was great.

De-stressing getaway

I have family in the Phoenix area and we were looking for a relaxing home to get away and enjoy the outdoors. This place was perfect! A great view of the mountains from the back of the house; a great view of the beautiful LasSendas golf course (a must play); your own pool and hot tub. Our family came to visit and we had everything we needed right there. Another big plus is easy access to the highway (202) for those who aren't familiar with the area. We played golf, hiked, played tennis and enjoyed all there was right outside our door. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful home. Easy book, check in, check out process. Management was very hands on.

Enjoyed our stay quite a bit. A few minor issues with WiFi and Cable TV, but was resolved quickly. Would rent again without hesitation.

best quarentine get away

Beautiful home with lots of space for our family of 6 !! Loved the back yard get away with lots of hiking nearby. Rooms were clean adn beautifully decorated! We wanted to get out of MN but couldn't be out in public, so this had everything we needed. We had groceries delivered through Target shipt and then did pick up from Red White and Brew !! so good !! lots of other places around liek starbucks and chipotle
