Everything in the home and pool was good. We had to have exterminator come to get rid of several mosquitoes in the home. Not sure why there were close to 30 that we killed. The main toilet needed to be fixes also.

Serene Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was well equipped and so inviting to just sit around the pool and chat. Beautiful back yard with heated pool and fountain made morning swims so refreshing! The neighborhood was very quiet with parks around the corner. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Location was perfect for all the shopping you would need. I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time staying here for our son’s wedding.

Excellent stay

This property was fantastic for us. Everywhere was in perfect working order and the place was very clean. Communications with the property manager were all smooth. Plenty of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels etc. and all were good quality as well. Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home

We were visiting our son in Mesa. This house was the perfect size, in a great spot, very quiet, with comfortable beds. The pool was warm and beautiful to look at. I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen/pantry! We would love to stay here again.

Severe mosquito problem and Scorpions

The house was nice along with the neighborhood but the mosquitoes were very bad both inside and outside. We all ended up with several bites, all day all night mosquitoes, probably just needs to be sprayed what was a huge letdown. Also we saw several scorpions, one in the house, and my mother in law was stung while visiting on the back patio.this was scary. We had to kill one in the kitchen. Overall I would not rent this house again due to mosquitoes.

Summer Retreat

My family of four (my wife, myself, and our two kiddos 10 and 8) and my Mother traveled to AZ recently to visit our AZ family. Our stay in Gilbert felt as if we were in our own house. Everything we needed, was readily available. The house and property were top-notch and met all of our needs, and then some! The cleanliness of the property was the icing on the cake! The location was such that allowed us to venture out, explore, and take in all that the surrounding areas had to offer. However, at the conclusion of our daily adventures, it was always nice to return to the relaxing property! For those looking for a place for everyone in a family of all ages and even those with mobility issues, this property offered a relaxing atmosphere for everyone in our group! On behalf of my family, we highly recommend this property!! We will definitely be back!!

Great vacation space!

We are from gilbert but have been living in another state for the past three years. We came back to visit friends and family. This was the ideal place to stay! We loved being able to swim and play with lots of bedroom space for our 5 kids. We plan on staying here anytime we come back to visit in the future!

Outstanding property!

Place was perfect for our Arizona vacation! Home had all we needed as we toured the Grand Canyon state. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook for family, pool was perfect in the AZ summer and golf putting green was perfect for my teens during downtown. Outstanding!
