Pete is attentive. The home is nestled in the hill I believe sunny slopes. The community is quiet and friendly. It’s a quick uber to food and shops. We liked salt and straw ice cream and eggstasy for breakfast. the driving range at the lookout was nice and with a 30 resort pass you can hit unlimited range balls all day. The burger near the proshop was delicious. 3 rooms and doors leading to the pool. The outside dining was great all times of day. The pool was nicely sunned from 6ish am until 6ish pm. No heating was needed for 80-90 days. After dark the pool lighting alternates between colors. The BBQ started right up and cooked evenly, cleaning will handle scraping the grill. The spare fold down couches have some sheets in the primary and blankets and pillows came off garnished bedding.

We stayed at Villa Capri and I’d rate it about a 6/10. The location is great and the outdoor space is definitely the highlight. The pool area is private and the layout works well for a group.That said, I wouldn’t consider this a luxury property, especially for the price. There were several maintenance issues like exposed wiring, a loose toilet seat, and doors that were hard to open and close. Some basic items like hand soap were also missing.Cleanliness was also a concern. Many surfaces and windows had noticeable streaks, which made the place feel less well cared for.The patio door alarm was very sensitive and would trigger if left open briefly, which made using the outdoor space frustrating. Parking was also a bit difficult when nearby homes had cars on the street.Overall, it’s a solid place in a good location, but it felt overpriced and didn’t match the “luxury” description.

Our family had a nice stay in this house for a short weekend away. The pool area is expansive with lots of seating and the pool was heated perfectly. The inside of the house has a comfortable main room seating area that comfortably fit our family of four. The area is really quiet and safe and is also near some cool hiking trail trails. Check in and check out were very easy. One tip for travelers if you are using the third sleeping area is to request or bring extra padding for the couch that turns into a bed. It was a tad uncomfortable for my daughter. The other two bedrooms were very comfortable.

The house was the perfect location for us. We had all the things we needed to make us very comfortable. The house is well stocked in the host was very accommodating whenever I needed something or had a question. I would definitely stay there again. It’s in walking distance to several fun restaurants restaurants, and it is located to several nearby golf courses. And the location to the sky Harbor airport was a bonus.

Perfect stay with everything you need!

Peter was great throughout our stay, from booking, to check in, to check out. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is fantastic, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the space - it was much larger than we expected! The private pool area was clean, well maintained and a really nice size. There is access to the larger community pool too, but we really didn’t need it. There is both sun and shade on the pool area all day so the best of both!The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the cooking spices, pots, pans etc. We did not need to buy anything. There was even laundry detergent available. The washer and dryer are new and modern. There were three of us staying at the property - myself and my husband and a friend. The master suite felt private and we felt like we always had our own space if we needed it. There are some nice bars/restaurants close by - a 5-10 minute drive or a 30 min walk. We ate dinner locally most nights. Supermarkets are close too. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Hidden Gem!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in April 2025 and had a fantastic time. Check in process was easy, and Peter answered all questions quickly. A quiet, clean, and safe gated neighborhood - kind of a "Hidden Gem" more central to greater Phoenix area and close to so many parks and amazing hiking areas. House is clean and efficient, and furniture and bed were very, very comfortable. We cooked most evenings and kitchen and grill worked well. Big plus from me for the good set of sharp knives! Pool heated up nicely and stayed warm (remember to put the cover back on at night). Outside area is very well done and has solid comfortable furniture. Lots of sunshine all day long! We had a couple questions for Peter during our stay and he took care of our concerns right away. Would definitely recommend this home and host.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was always available to answer any questions we had. The house pool was a great benefit even though there is an accessible community pool. Location is near many activities and we especially enjoyed our dinner at Bugsey’s! Loved the McQueen room and the beds are heavenly!!!

Lovely home

The owner was amazing and went above and beyond to answer questions during our stay and was very responsive and helpful. The home was very nice and the pool heated to an ideal temperature. The master bedroom bed and bedding was like sleeping in a cloud of comfort. The breakfast nook and cool wall photo was a nice surprise area to hang out in. The layout of the home and access to the outdoor pool area was also ideal. We had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Spring break 23

We enjoyed our time at 20 Beryl. The property was clean and well maintained. The proximity to places we went was great. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we felt very comfortable being in a gated neighborhood. The host, Peter, was very quick to reply with any questions I had before and during our stay. I would absolutely return and use this vrbo again in the future!

Hiking and Chilling

This property was located very close to some of the best hiking I've done, and I live in CO. The house was as lovely and spacious as described and pictured. Beds were AMAZING (and I have an awesome bed) and the kitchen had excellent, sharp knives. These are all things that are important to me and my family. Peter was a great host-zero delay in response time. The pool and outdoor space was perfect (an umbrella would be a great addition.) We hope to go back again in the future-thank you, Peter!
