Well appointed property. We were in town for a wedding with extended family. We had 4-6 people staying in the house. All bedrooms are upstairs which is slightly unusual. The master room is big and all other rooms are somewhat small. We appreciate the king sized beds. The kitchen had everything you need including a abundance of spices. The hot tub and pool were warm and enjoyable. We used the kayaks but entry and exit from the deck was a bit challenging. Altogether this is a great property with quick response and great amenities.

House is beautiful. Found it to be clean and well maintained. Everything as advertised. Property manager quickly responded to all questions. Lots of gathering spaces both inside and out. Prior to check-in received detailed message about what was provided and what wasn't. Found it to be accurate. We were a group of 8 visiting the area for a reunion of sorts and ended up spending more time on the property than originally planned as it was perfect for relaxing and catching up. Used the pool, spa, outdoor fire pit and sitting areas. Lots of chairs, both lounge type and regular. Had some trouble getting the outdoor TV to "stream" what we wanted, but the inside TV worked for that. Did not use the kayaks, bikes, putting green or fishing, so can't comment on those. Did enjoy walking the neighborhood (lots of garage sales) and watching wildlife in/on the water. Some homes in the area had Christmas lights, the reflections off the water in the evenings were pretty. Most likely will be back.

Outstanding Vacation Home Experience!

The property was outstanding, the location was very convenient, easy to get to from the airport, close to shopping and amenities. Communication and support from the property manager "Paul" was very impressive. We always felt cared for & valued. Strongly recommend for families.

Exceeded Expectations

A terrific summer oasis. Clean and well appointed, built in entertainment with pool, putting green and kayaks. Patio misters a plus. We were dreading being in town for an engagement party during the summer heat, but had a most pleasant experience. Great for families or couples' getaways. Check-in and out a breeze, excellent communication with the host and reliable wi-fi for video calls. Highly recommend.

The "LAKEFRONT" makes the difference!!!

Being on the water made our stay top notch!! The 114 degrees temperature outside didn't seem to bother us because of seeing that calm lake water and also being in the wonderful inground pool. The amenities are awesome! Kayaks, putting green next to patio area, bicycles, the water misters around the patio area, and the BBQ grill and fire pit! This place was well planned out for vacationers!!!

Mother’s Day Family Getaway

Great experience for our family! Plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy. They provide kayaks and bikes to ride around the neighborhood, that was great. We were only provided one roll of paper towels and two trash bags for our four day weekend stay, we quickly needed more. The travel agency quickly followed up and brought us what we needed the next morning! Great rental, look forward to staying again next time we are in the area.

Excellent Home

I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars as 4 really isn't enough. The house and property were awesome, amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The items that keep me from giving 5 stars are not major by any means. The Hot tub was not clean but in the heat the pool was plenty for us. You could do with less artificial plants to collect dust(some looked dusty, others looked clean). They seemed to be everywhere we turned. At least leave off the kitchen counters and the bathroom. Also the bath mats gave me the icks even though they may have been clean, you just can't tell. It would be much better to use the white towel type matts like hotels use. They feel much cleaner. Other than those issues the house was extremely clean. Would recommend this house to others.

Way better than expected!

Will definitely rent this home again. We took our children and grandchildren here For a family Vacation. and enjoyed every single minute of it. The house and all the amenities were perfect. We all enjoyed the pool/spa , putting green Fishing, Bike riding, playing the board games that were Provided. Very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Family get away

House was amazing perfect location heated pool and hot tub was awesome in January. Great view of the lake. Furniture in living could be updated couch is pretty worn but definitely not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Wonderful and beautiful property

This house is beautiful and well furnished, it had everything we needed, and more to have a great stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious in a great neighborhood. The lake view was beautiful at sunset. The pool was cool and refreshing even on the 108 degree days we experienced. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Amazing AZ Vacation Home

My husband and I and our 6 kids stayed here for 5 days and had the absolute best time. We all want to go back! Property was clean and management was super helpful and responsive and friendly. The amenities can’t be beat. Definitely would stay here again!
