Enjoy our 10ft deep heated pool (included in your stay Oct-May) with a soothing fountain and safety fencing, plenty of chairs and loungers, pool floats, life jackets, and toys for endless fun.
Pool needs to be covered overnight and when not in use to maintain heat, prime swimming time in winter is between 11am-4pm. Temperatures between 82-85F.

Covered Patio:
Relax in our expansive covered patio area, featuring
comfortable seating areas, outdoor fans and string lighting. It’s the perfect spot for dinning Al fresco or have your morning coffee. The dinning fire table (we provide 2 tanks of gas, if you need more you are welcome to fill a tank) Fire up the Treager grill, while watching a game on the TV, or play the multiple large life games, we also offer an outdoor cooler.

Our upgraded Kitchen boasts KitchenAid appliances with double ovens, 6 burners gas stove top, and large refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine chiller. It’s fully equipped with multiple small appliances, utensils, Spices, olive oil, sprays to prepare almost any meal. The Coffee bar includes a drip maker, pour over, and French press with whole beans and grinder and syrups.

Essentials:
You’ll find an iron, board, steamer, and abundant supply of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials for your length of stay.

We provide a pac-n-play, with a mattress, sheets, blackout cover, high chair, sound machine, toys, games, and books for littles. We also have small exercise equipment such as a multifunctional step bench, yoga mat, bands, and smaller weights.

There are 3 parking spots in the driveway-1 large enough for a trailer, curved curbs for easy access. No garage access at this time.

During summer months, the ecobee thermostat can be adjusted to a low of 70 degrees to prevent the A/C from freezing.
