Excellent place to stay! Clean, quiet, safe. More than enough room, comfortable beds, all the kitchen amenities you could need, a great place to come back and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this one was absolutely the best. It was extremely clean and the pictures were accurate. Great location for everything we wanted.

Access to everything in Scottsdale

The home provided all the amenities and privacy for our group to spend the week in Scottsdale. It was our "home base" for hiking, baseball games, shopping, or just hanging out.

This condo is in a great location near Old Town Scottsdale! The condo was very clean and had plenty of room! The patio was very nice with a gas fire pit and nice patio furniture, even a gas grill. I would rent this unit again.

Great condo for our family vacation

Great location in Old Scottsdale. Layout was great for our family of 5. Slight issue with bugs to start but was quickly taken care of by owners and never saw one after that. Pool was great, friendly neighbours, overall a great stay here.

Wonderful property but overly sensitive neighbors. Having a conversation on the patio after 10 pm they will call the police. Other than that, great stay

Spring Training Trip

We had a great stay here for our 2024 Spring Training trip. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to two grocery stores, Starbucks, Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town Scottsdale. The number of rooms and sizes were the perfect fit for our family! Checking in and out was so easy! I loved that "Alexa" gave us information about what to do for check out. If we plan on a trip next year, we'll definitely check this one out again!

Perfect Location to Old Scottsdale

The townhome photos are exact, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels. The back patio/carport acess area is cute and a full sized pickup fits perfectly. Access to the property was perfect. If you have any issues, they are quickly attened to and resolved. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to Old Scottsdale, and the Scottsdale Fashion Centre. There’s a cute coffee shop called Merci Cafe if you love Lavazza espresso, French pastries and good food. Starbucks is a 2 min walk and a Sprouts grocery store is just past the Starbucks. and foo

Highly recommend!!

Loved the condo! Exactly like pictures show nicely updated. Beautiful pool although too chilly to use we sat at it several afternoons. Great location! Do need a car to get around! Definitely would stay there again

Best location ever!

We decided to get out of the cold in Denver and spend some time in Scottsdale. This townhouse had everything we needed and was located perfectly near Old Scottsdale. My husband set up an office in one of the bedrooms and I walked all over for hours - to and around the Scottsdale Fashion Mall, along the Arizona Canal path, and Old Scottsdale. Lots of great restaurants near by too. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. He was very attentive and helpful.

Wonderful Extended Stay

We rented this property for a couple of mos and had a great experience. It was clean and well equipped. The hosts and property management were accommodating and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We travelled with a toddler and an infant at the end of Jan and stayed at this newly renovated town house. This place is very closed to Scottsdale old town and a couple of mins walk to a grocery store which we found it super convenient. The place is well stocked with everything we need for our stay. The host Bernie is very responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience.

We highly recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix area to stay at this location!

We will definitely use Vrbo for our next trip. The process was simple and we were contacted with instructions in a very timely manner. The house was exactly as it appeared in the ad and we were very pleased With the townhome we chose.

Miller Road Townhome Scottsdale

We have been very pleased with our overall experience here in Scottsdale. The directions given to find and then enter the home were easy to follow. We found the home to be spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the fresh towels and linens. There was little to no noise at night that disturbed our sleep. The centralized location of the home was perfect for us as we went exploring the different parts of the greater Phoenix area during our week long stay. We would highly recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
